Could be much better

Ordered initially via the website at the store only to be told after waiting 30 min that allphotos are not printed in store, cancelled order and went home did order via app which is good and intuitive.

That said 2 weeks later phoned the store asking if my order was ready and was advised it had been there a while... Yup no contact from Harvey Norman Alexandria or the app/email to advise it was ready for pickup.

Photo itself is printed too dark so overall dissapointed. Show details

Why do customers have to use PayPal?

I have made many photobooks over the past few years through this Centre. Cheryl is always very helpful with any queries I might have. The program seems to be missing a few things recently and the templates are not easy to negotiate. I suggest doing your own, rather than auto placement. The necessity to use PayPal is only mentioned in the final cart area so customers must use PayPal. I hope the website will inform customers of this insistence of using PayPal to pay for their photobook, before they go to the trouble of spending hours or days completing the book. Show details

Great service

Haven’t picked up my product as yet but the customer service provided on the phone by Nerida was great. The Hornsby staff were useless and couldn’t find my product in store, so Nerida called the manager there and was able to locate it for me. Terrible service provided to me by the Hornsby store but excellent service provided by the Photo Centre

Not great quality

Cups cracked on the inside within a couple of months of use. Were replaced quite easily by harvey norman but came with a passive aggressive note not to put them in the dishwasher. They were never placed in the dishwasher they cracked from putting hot coffee in which is what they're supposed to be made for. Will see if the new ones do the same. Show details

Very late, but quality product. Order early!

Usually a great service, my latest order arrived well after the promised time frame.

However the customer service team member was very responsive and proactive when dealing with my enquiry, and all very easy via email.
And after the third follow up (yes, that's a lot) she processed a refund for me without having to request it.

The product has finally arrived, and is as expected, great quality. Albeit too late for what it was planned for, which is a bit sad, but overall I like to think they do care about the customer. Show details

Customise me is a terrible service

Just awful !

Ordered a customise me personalised book for my nephews birthday several months in advance

His birthday was in January! No signs of my order, and when I call I'm told someone will get back to me, but they never do.

fantastic customer support

I have had a fantastic experience with customer support from Cheryl. Turned out that i messed up when ordering some glass prints and Cheryl went out of her way to help me and get the correct order done for me and at no charge. She could have just said it was my mistake and left it at that but she went above and beyond to help me. i am to grateful to her as i wouldn't have been able to afford to do the print again. i will definitely be ordering prints (correctly) in future. Show details

I'm downloading photos to get develop but some photos keep saying 'loading' and after hours still isn't loaded ..why is that? I havw retried a few times n seem to get the same photos not fully loading.

Just do them 1 by 1 maybe they are too big to download

Unfortunately one by one may be the only way to do this. I had so much trouble makeing a photo book. I find this software is not very stable. Might be a good idea to try another photo site.
