Great Support TeamI had some large canvas prints done by them over the past 2 years or so. The quality of their work has been excellent. Last week I had one of the canvasses where the logo on the bottom right corner was not aligned properly possibly due to my error in the use of the online software. I contacted the support team and they agreed to reprint the whole thing again without any difficulty once I explained them the reason. The service offered by the support team was very prompt and par excellence. However, I agree with some other reviewers that the online software needs to be looked at by the software team. Misleading websiteClicked on mug. Chose full wrap. there are NO INSTRUCTIONS as to what the size of the image needs to be. there are no examples, nothing. There is no "preview" to check that it is what you want. Mug arrived totally wrong with image on wrong side of mug and NOT in full wrap. Spent hours asking their so called Customer Service (!) people (who have no phone number only an email). They refused to explain where are the instructions and the preview button. They insulted us by saying "It is so easy there is no need for instructions". Then they closed the case - and were very rude to us. Show details
Lost half my photo and text in photo book after spending the whole entire day on this projectI have spent my entire day, my whole day! making up a photo book with txt and photos only to get to cart and find that only half of the book is complete and I have lost everything else, all my work, I am furious and will not use Harvey Norman for anything photo again, nor will I recomend anyone to use it as I would hate for them to go through this as well . Paper got thinner than beforeVery helpful staff and efficient service;
Paper quality got worse than before - much thinner similar to Kmart; colour is a bit distorted but also expected; somehow the iPhone pictures don’t fit well in the 6x4 prints; but we had to print 800 photos in a rush and didn’t have time to go through all the cropping - which results in some terribly cropped photos. Wonder if the applications could detect faces better and not cut faces in half in the photos. Show details
High bar for customer serviceI'm a repeat and regular customer, both in store and online. I recently had an issue with some pre purchased codes, the store staff didn't waste my time, they put me straight onto Mel in customer support, who sorted my issue, held my hand through a complicated retrieval and made sure I received my offers in a very timely manner. This product is rubbishThe product doesn’t load properly and when you spend hours getting it to work to a least 80% efficient,if you go and do something else you lose everything.

Harvey Norman Photo Centre StaffI recently had issue trying to find a project I'd been working on. 'Cheryl' and the IT team worked with me for more than a week, keeping me informed, asking more questions and eventually finding my project...right where it should have been but I had somehow managed to overlook it despite, I thought, opening all my files at least twice. In spite of this they continued to treat me professionally and with great respect. I cannot thank them enough for their patience, thoroughness and kindness. 5 stars and big THANKS for these wonderful staff. Has renewed my confidence in the Harvey Norman online photo process. Worst customer service experienceI ordered 5 deluxe stubby coolers through photo centre. Of the 5, 3 were delivered as ordered and 2 were not. Harvey Norman advertises double sided stubby coolers that print the same photo/photo sets on both sides. On the 2 that were faulty - there was different photos of the two sides which clearly shows a printing error as they don’t offer this as a printing option. Contacted customer service online who said that it was my error and not theirs and I could pay to get them re-printed. They refused a refund as they don’t believe it is their iss... Read moreue. Took all the products instore and staff look at them and my online account at what was ordered and agreed was a printing issue and spoke to online photo centre on my behalf. They reprinted one of the two that were incorrect but wouldn’t print they other. According to the ACCC this is a breach of my consumer rights
Worst place to order photos fromI ordered photos beginning of December 2022. They were ‘shipped’ on the 10th December & as it states on their website it would take ‘up to 10 business days’ I messaged them on business day 15 after still no photos to be told ‘you’ll receive them early January’ I messaged again yesterday (business day 22) asking where my photos are, only to be told that “you’ve put the wrong address in because google is taking me to a paddock” not sure why they are relying on google? If they had put my address in how I had in the initial order - they would arriv... Read moree to my mailbox like the 100 other deliveries and mail I’ve received this year alone. I asked for a refund of my $50 order only to be given $27. Wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone. Expensive and a waste of time.

Positioning of photoWe submitted a family photo to be put onto a canvas. When we picked it up, my nephew's head was half wrapped into the frame, which looks ridiculous. Surely common sense would dictate that the photo be moved down so that his whole face was in the picture. When I contacted them, I was told that they could not rectify this as it was an automated process. Very disappointing. and a waste of money. Show details
DisappointingI spent ages downloading pictures in order from a European road trip to make assembly of my scrapbook easier once collected. Surely they would be printed in the ordered downloaded?? But no, all mixed up, different cities spread all over. It is going to take me forever to cross reference them to original files to ensure I don't mix up or miss out when assembling my album... not happy Show details

I'm downloading photos to get develop but some photos keep saying 'loading' and after hours still isn't loaded ..why is that? I havw retried a few times n seem to get the same photos not fully loading.
Just do them 1 by 1 maybe they are too big to download
Unfortunately one by one may be the only way to do this. I had so much trouble makeing a photo book. I find this software is not very stable. Might be a good idea to try another photo site.
I have completed my calendar. When I press save, message... There was an issue with saving, try again. Any work around or do I start again.?
