Great builder. Communication was very good and we were kept up to date which was important to us as we were not located close to the build. They were also very responsive to questions and issues raised. Finished build looks great and on time. I wouldn't hesitate to nurse them again either for my home to occupy or an investment build. replied to all emails and phone calls. The entire build process was outlined in an informative, comprehensive manner and deadlines were met ahead of schedule. Oz was always very approachable , professional and held a cheery disposition and an absolute pleasure to do business with. After settlement, we had a few minor issues concerning trades works, however, these have been promptly addressed by Oz and rectified to our satisfaction.
