be wearable on the first dress but the second was a deep v on the front as well as the back (which wasn’t completely visible online) so on top of bare sides the dress falls off her shoulders constantly. As people with young children understand, I hadn’t had a chance to try them on her till a month later... so therefore at my own fault I will be unable to exchange them. Wasted money! Off to purchase 2 more outfits in a clothes store today!!

I received my dress and love it – I was obsessed with getting the Sienna dress but worried about some of the reviews but ordered anyway and hoped for the best. I'm really happy I did because it's better in real life! The shipping took ages but I knew that because I had to pre-order it to get made for me. Girls seriously its worth the wait!

Was okay! – I panicked reading these reviews after a post on afterpay page popped up as I placed order a month ago, but it’s arrived safe and sound and was what I ordered. I didn’t ever get a ‘parcel sent’ email, but no bother if it’s arrived! I do think negative people whinge the loudest. So probably take these reviews with a grain of salt If u have already ordered...

Better than expected! – I ordered on H & T and then read all of the reviews. I was concerned I wasn’t going to receive the dress I ordered in time for a funstion but in fact it came within the week and is fabulous! It’s true that they are terrible with communication as I emailed twice but the outcome was great. Worth the risk!

I wish I had read these reviews! – AVOID!!!!! Only received half my order and what I did receive would have to be the worst and cheapest piece of clothing I've ever seen. I've given up on trying to get a refund, so throwing in the bin.

Thief as in actually steals your money – Ordered a dress, was cheap and unforgiving. Sent it back and didn’t receive a refund, contacted many times and just ignored.

No issues, my wife was happy – My wife wanted a dress for her birthday (candy land). Unfortunately she hasn’t had a chance to wear it on a night out due to the current coronavirus pandemic, however she is very happy with the fit, style and quality. Awful service and quality of outfit - didn't even receive one of them that I ordered – Please do not order from these people. An excuse for everything. Oh your order was held up in China. Still held up in China. Did not receive the total order. Will not refund my monies. Yep, would have to send to Canada, not worth the money. Will use it as a rag instead of what I thought was a cute outfit. So sorry that I even ordered with them.

Disgusting! Absolute ‘thiefs’ – *warning - don’t buy from these people* Don’t even think of purchasing from these terrible people. I lost $210 never got my money. They have the good which were sent back 2 days after having received. No contact from them, phone number goes to answering machine etc.

Have to send returns to Canada, cost of shipping just as much as refund amount – Products arrived ok but quality was not good at all. Shipped from a warehouse in Botany in NSW. If you want to return an item you have to send it to Canada. Cost to post item was just as much as the return amount. Will never use this site again....be careful.

Absolutely pathetic – I brought a dress in May and I still haven’t received it, sent numerous emails and called there head office, Facebook messages and not a single reply absolutely pathetic. It’s beyond me how they get away with this!

Very disappointed – I haven’t received my dress now for over 2 months. After multiple emails, I haven’t had any response at all. I want my money back ASAP but I don’t hold my breath reading everyone’s reviews. So Angry & disappointed as I needed the dress for a special event.

was embarrassed because I had raved onto my friend about how great H&T were but it was the opposite of her experience. Fast forward to early March, I purchased off H&T, the order confirmation went through smoothly, got my afterpay emails, payments started coming out. By end of month I hadn’t heard a peep so decided to check tracking where it says was still in Melbourne. So I sent an email asking perhaps if the item was back ordered, nothing. Resent email to check receipt of previous email, nothing. Checked tracking, still Melbourne. Well now I was just a little perplexed as this is the opposite of the service I received the first few times. It’s now late April and still waiting for item or a little glimmer of communication. After reading so many other people are in the same boat....it doesn’t bode to well for the future of H&T.

Disappointed - paid and not received or been contacted – I ordered a dress 25/2/18 $175 and it has still not arrived, had no update on the order and after multiple emails/messages to different addresses I have received no reply. I just want the dress or my money back, I will be taking this further if I don't hear anything back soon it's appalling service and theif. I'm all about second chances but I will not be shopping here in future if they don't not help me resolve this challenge.

Great if the item is actually in stock – I have purchased from them twice. First time no issues and the dress fit perfectly. reimbursed the cost... all seemed well until I just never heard from them again. It’s is now February 2018, 4 months on and I and still haven’t heard anything. If they can’t provide their customers with an exchange in a reasonable timeframe then they need to give our money back! I can only image how much stolen money this company must have!

Disgusting excuse for a shop – Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service! I afterpayed a dress 2 months ago, however it was preordered and they still don’t have it, so I got sick of waiting and emailed for a cancellation and refund of the money I’ve paid so far. Still NO response even after SEVERAL social media attempts to contact them. I even contacted afterpay and they were no help either. I’m going further with this. Never ever buy from this scam of a company.

Scam, don’t shop here – It’s been almost two months, with no response or acknowledgement. No tracking number, no nothing. Several unanswered emails on all social media platforms. Disgusting way of carrying out business and leaving customers high and dry.

Worst customer service ever – I ordered from this website in September 2017. I sent numerous emails enquirying about the status of my order, wondering where it may be. Never once got a reply. It was finally shipped in November 2017 and delivered in another state! I again emailed so many time to which I still haven’t received a reply. Worst customer service ever I will forever tell people never to use this website!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM – My order was never shipped or received, no one answers the phone or emails it goes directly to voicemail, I have written to their management a final email in order to respond than ill be taking it further to ACCC if someone doesn’t step up these businesses will continue to rob people with their fraudulent behaviour, if anyone else has experienced this from this business please come forward there is more power in numbers.

Buyers Beware!!! – Ordered items on the 23rd of October still no sign get no reply from customer service or the phone number they are obviously getting very good and taking people’s money without providing a product they are quick to delete comments off Facebook but won’t reply to Facebook messages I see so many others in the same situation but what can we do their has to be something we can all do surely online clothing sales are regulated?

Avoid! Bought clothes that were never sent then wouldn't refund me – Bought a shirt and jewellery from H&T in august, was sent a tracking number in September, however the number was never scanned in at aus post. Contacted Aus post to confirm this then I contacted H&T who never got back to me. I used Afterpay to pay so contacted Afterpay to contact H&T on my behalf, H&T eventually emailed me stating they'd refund me… Read more

but they never did. I ended up having to dispute the transaction at my bank to get the money back and they got it back back but now Afterpay have banned me and H&T have gotten away with ripping people off again.

and wow all i got was a response saying during sale periods it would take longer. 7-10 business days for shipping and for my order to be received. Oh well that's false advertisement isn't it !? Terrible customer service – Dress ordered, but never sent! Contacted Hazel and Thief on 4 separate occasions and received no response any of the times as to the order or when it will be sent. I am still waiting after nearly a month. And I still have to pay for the dress. So disappointed, do not bother girls!

the 7/9/17. The only real way to contact them is through their phone number which isn't even on their website. I had to call AfterPay to find that out. I had to call them because I attempted 3 times to email them but I still got no response. However, once I managed to get their phone number, the customer service was excellent. They were able to tell me exactly when my item would delivered and apologized for the delay.

Despite all this, once the dress finally came in, I was really happy with it!! It looks stunning and accurate to what the photo showed. So for all of you that are worried about your items coming through, I highly recommend calling them and finding out what's going on!

Amazing quality!!! Couldn't be happier! – I purchased the Layla dress from Hazel & Thief, but after reading some of the reviews I was a little worried. Needless to say, I am SOOO happy i ordered from them! Dress was absolute perfection! I received so many compliments on the night I wore the dress! The quality was amazing and I couldn't be happier. I'll ABSOLUTELY be ordering again! They have Afterpay now, so I'll be taking advantage of that next time :)
