Worst experiance ever, imposable to contact a real person. Tried to reschedual a tour, got put through to a robot in the uk. Promised to send form but nothing happened. Ill never use headout and never recoment them
Brilliant time with my 11 yr old son we both loved it so many laughs during and after and we got trh photos which were great to take away. No one had their phones out which was great so we could just enjoy it Show details
Great exhibition. Really enjoyed the extent and variety of the puppets from the earliest days to the current shows. The filming sets also gave it a sense of reality

The staff were amazing, friendly and polite. From the staff in the office to the captain and his crew. I took my four grand daughters and it was the highlight of their day. Thank you for giving them that. I highly recommended for children age 3 - 10. The staff on board Aquaduck was Marij and Gerry Thank you to the duo . They were very imteractive and kind.

The tour was fantastic! Was a beautiful morning and such nicely organised! We then continued on with our driver who took us to Volcanic Rocks, Hot Springs, lunch overlooking the jungle, lewak coffee and then the monkey forest being our personal guide the whole way! Beyond the performance, the venue and the venue staff was amazing, kind, and so helpful. As an autistic person, someone with a lot of sensory issues (but loves horror), and high social anxiety, the staff were really helpful in making me feel at ease and able to enjoy the performance to it's fullest. There was one staff member in the seating area who immediately clocked my Sunflower Lanyard and took me to the side and asked if there was anything they could do to help me, to know where I was seated incase I needed help, and showed me where they would be if I needed them. This level of attention really put me at ease as I had a really rough night previously at a different theatre, so to be clocked and given extra attention without going too overboard, was really appreciated and helpful for me to be able to enjoy the night. All the other staff for the theatre were also so lovely helpful and attentive, to the point that I would happily say that this was my best theatre experience in the entire UK (Midlands and London area). I couldn't recommend this theatre more to everyone, if they were coming to see Paranormal Activity, or any other show that the theatre is showing.

We saw 3 castles and went to Bracov! Our tour guide was nice, he told us many stories. It was a wonderful day :) If you want to save money, buy tickets online or at castles. It's only hard to book tickets to Peles castle.
A beautiful show and story leaving us speechless many times in front of the beauty and greatness of each part.

We really enjoyed the canal cruise. The captain was very funny and entertaining, which made the time on the water even better. The route was good and we saw plenty of Amsterdam's canals and sights. The booking with Headout was smooth and positive from start to finish, and boarding was easy with no problems. It was a relaxed and memorable way to see the city, and I would recommend it to other travellers.

The booking process with Headout was seamless and extremely easy! Visiting the Colosseum and Roman Forum was an absolute dream come true, and having priority entry made the entire experience totally stress-free and magical. Highly recommended to all travelers

Refused me a refund or change of time of booking despite acknowledging fact that the venue meeting point link they emailed to me was incorrect- and sent me 3kms away!! Follow-up · Yes, I missed the tour as a result. I don't know if the policy was visible before. Even if it was, should that apply to them making a mistake? They certainly didn't send me a correct link, no. What would be the point, since they refused to let me attend the next tour?
We booked tickets for a show in Paris, including transfers, through Headout and waited for the transport at the designated pick-up spot but no one showed up. We sent a photograph showing the time to prove we were at the correct spot but they… Read more
insisted the transport had turned up and so refund was refused. After numerous emails, they eventually offered a discount on future bookings which we refused for obvious reasons. After weeks of emails and when it became apparent that they had given us the wrong pick-up address, they refunded 30% of the ticket price. We wanted 100%, plus compensation for all the grief and wasted time but they ceased responding. We complained then to the Better Business Bureau in New York which is a consumer advocacy group. Nothing came of it but is interesting to see their rating of Headout. I would encourage all who are considering using Headout to read the reviews on Reddit. In particular, there is a review by someone claiming to be a former Headout employee.
In no circumstance would we ever consider using Headout again, nor would we ever recommend the site.
Follow-up · After lodging my original review, I received an email response from Headout asking for my booking reference number so that they could sort it out for me. I was surprised and not very hopeful given my experience but forwarded the requested details nonetheless. I received NIL response from Headout!! I resent the booking reference number but… Read more

Headout gave the best rate to visit our most loved place in Dubai, the Safari Park! Amazing conservatory, with a variety of animals. The final 10 minute Arabian Safari lands you right upto the Kids park. And don't forget to go the Wadi area just before sunset, it is one of the best spots to just wind down and enjoy the immense beautiful greenery with the water stream and the lush mounds. If you want a quick visit with Kids, just do the Kids farm + Wadi right around 4pm. Always worth it.
This was the best thing we did to start off our trip to Savannah! We were able to see all the different areas. Learn some great history about the town and hop on and off at any stop we wanted to explore. I highly recommend for any new visitor. Joey and Miss Lily were amazing tour guides!
Really good trip, saw lots of birds, a pod of common dolphins, but sadly no whales Staff were really helpful and even slowed the boat right down to allow some people to move to a less wet seat. Despite the lack of whales, we loved it. Unfortunately we will not be able to book again as we are just visiting. Show details

A 'by Headout' website masquerades as the transport company SkyBus from Melbourne airport and charges almost double for airport-city transfer tickets. The Headout logo is smallish and hidden amongst the Skybus branding. I have no idea if these tickets will work... but even if they do, the additional fee (added on subtly) is never explained and is exhorbitant.
I didn't realise I was booking with Headout when I purchased the tickets for a show. I thought I was going through QPAC. I have been inundated with emails from them ever since. Beware! Check thoroughly who you are connected with. Now, I can't pick up the tickets until the day of the show in Jan 27.

the greatest experiences that we had in our 16 day trip out West we come from North Carolina 3000 miles away where we have beautiful mountains and trees and lots of greenery getting to see the Grand Canyon from above was breathtaking. The experience that we had when we first saw it caused us to come to tears. We know that the Lord did his greatest work right there. It was so so beautiful. You can't really put it into words how unforgettable it is, but it's something we will not ever ever forget I told my husband as we got off that if I didn't see anything else on our trip that my cup was full and I say that with tears now the driver pilot and the three other people with us in the helicopter made the trip enjoyable. The other three people were not from the United States so imagine how they felt our pilot was so accommodating so helpful. The music was absolutely perfect. We loved it all. There's not one thing we can say bad about this trip especially seeing the world from above thank you for all that you do. We hope to do it again sometime. Maybe if we come out there that way again thank you-
