Have dealt with this online store for many years, with generally excellent results. Waiting for a refund on a returned produce which was much smaller than advertised. Show 2 replies

It took 9 days for dispatch of my order after they debited my account on the 1st day-9 days ago. Not good enough,I emailed a complaint and received a very week answer saying that weekends caused the delay.What two weekends,rubbish,no way to conduct a business.

I ordered from your catalogues for mum (who is 99 not out) and enjoys reading and ordering from you. I now also order from you occasionally. You supply a wonderful exercise for someone who cannot get out on her own. Show reply

Prompt and courteous to answer and talk to a real person on phone when ordering, makes it so easy and simple instead of having to fill in form at end of catalogue. Always very helpful. I ordered three articles by post (NAIL5, TOES1, JRNG2,) sent a cheque on the 21/10/25 for a total cost of $49.60. So far I have not received the products or information for the delay

Arm Chair Covers – Ordered these 2 weeks ago and only arrived today. They are nothing like the photo in the brochure. Not worth sending back as postage cost would defeat the purpose.

Charcoal/ copper gloves help ward of neuropather discomfort in my hands. Haven’t seen them anywhere else except in Homepride catalogue. I’ve bought five pairs. Show reply

I find this online store to be helpful in finding items not readily available in shopping centres etc. You can peruse the catalogue at your own pace. There are clothes and shoes available. Items are very handy for those of us who have difficulties with walking and other issues. I have always found my purchases to be good value for money. Show reply

I ordered by phone and spoke to a most efficient and caring man. He understood what I meant when purchasing dresses where Health Pride chooses the colour and I asked him to specify that I was happy with that so long as it was not yellow. I got a blue one. Perfect. late. All packaging was excellent and I was surprised how quickly the 2 packages arrived I am sorry I can't send you a picture - I'm not that tech-savvy.

Ordered a few items recently from Health Pride and was very happy. Ordered over the phone and customer service was great. They have hard to find items which are a must have. I recently bought an apron which is wonderful, a 2 handle mug which is so helpful for me daily and their jewellery clasps as I have trouble putting on necklaces and bracelets these days with my arthritis.
