CAR BROKE DOWN - DAY 1
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! Took out a subscription in the afternoon yesterday, drove the car home. Tried to start the car to go to work in the morning and it doesn't start. Called road side assistance who came out to check the battery and it wasn't a battery issue. Then waited a few more hours, missed out on a lot of work in the morning whilst I had to wait for the tow truck. Car is towed and they haven't provided me with a solution of a replacement... just "waiting to hear". I needed the car specifically today and more importantly tomorrow as I go away fro the weekend. Decided I would just go buy a car but they WON'T CANCEL. So now I am stuck paying for 4 months and at it seems at the moment... without a car.

Scam. Don't sign that agreement - you're signing your life away. Don't make the same mistake I did, these guys need to be put out of business.

Excellent 21st Century Way To Buy A Car - These Blokes Are Unreal
Matt from Hello Cars sold us our RAV4 in immaculate condition.
It's a new 21st Century way to buy a car where there's no car yard. They bring it to you for a test drive for a very small fee and definitely no blah blah blah sales talk. Even though there's a small fee for the test drive it saved us much more than that in petrol and time driving around dealing with shonksters and looking for a suitable car.
Best thing is the three day test ownership. Pay for the vehicle, drive it for three days and if you don't want it you get all your money b...ack. Sure beats a few times around the block. We asked for a couple of extra things and got them no trouble at all. They even bought the vehicle straight to our mechanic so he could check it over before departing on the initial test drive. That's confidence in what you're selling! So, if you're willing to get with the modern world and buy a car primarily on-line then, based on our recent experience, we can surely recommend dealing with Matt at Hello Cars.
A very positive experience with a very interesting new way of buying/selling used cars. From our first contact with the excellent Rebecca, everyone we dealt with at HelloCars was unfailingly friendly, good-humoured, helpful, informative and communicative. We didn’t end up buying the car we test drove, but that was due to a personal seat-comfort factor and nothing to do with the car itself which was very fairly priced (we’d done our prior research on this make and model) and well presented. We’d also paid a $500 deposit to ‘hold’ the car for 7 ...days so we could organise the test drive and that was immediately refunded as soon as I let Rebecca know we wouldn’t be buying the car. I must say it was also a real delight to have a fixed price for a car and know you didn’t have to go through the extremely wearing farce of haggling down an overpriced vehicle with a used car salesman in a dealership office if you decided to buy it. I know some people enjoy that sort of thing, but there’s a lot of us who hate it! The ability to have your chosen car brought to your door for a test drive is also a wonderful convenience. And, although we didn’t get to try this option out as we didn’t buy the car, their offer of the ability to return the car for a full refund within three days after you buy it is quite amazing. I would certainly have no hesitation in using HelloCars again. A very easy and positive experience.

Very happy with the HelloCars experience. Despite being somewhat sceptical, HelloCars exceeded expectations in both professionalism and flexibility. Processes were transparent and I was able to communicate with ease thanks to the livechat feature.

So easy and secure
We found a 2014 Nissan Pulsar with excellent condition. HelloCars delivered the cars in front of my office's door, I had 7 days to test it for free and when I decided to keep it, I just had to sign and scan a paper, and it was done. I can't believe how fast it was. The Sale Specialist who followed me was very patient and called me many times to check if everything was ok. I can't be happier with this experience. I'll recommend HelloCars for sure!
A purchase for a car enthusiast.
My last Fiat is a 1950 Topolino. I have owned it for 48 years, and at 16 years old when I bought it, now takes pride of place in my garage. We needed to upgrade to an other car that would allow us to keep up with members of the Italian Made Car Club of SA. I found our Abarth 124 Spider on HelloCars a couple of weeks ago and had it transported to SA, taking delivery on Monday 22ND. Oct.2018. My joy in the last 4 days has been fantastic. The car has been every thing and more than I could have asked for. I can see us hanging on to this car along w...ith the Topolino for many years to come. We would like to thank the people at HelloCars that made the purchase a smooth and enjoyable experience. Questions & Answers
Why do you take payments before the week starting on rentals? And when advised that the car is due for a service you disregard?
We live in WA, my wife and I have two sons who live in Melbourne, we visit fairly regularly, we need a cheap car to use when in Melbourne.
For local travel but also to the Vic /NSW border area as well.
We are looking at $5000.00 dollars , but understand that it will be up there with the number of ks, and agewise as well.
We are not too sure how to go about this, for what we want, and to get a reasonable deal?
Perhaps you may be in a different bracket for this type of cheaper car purchase?
But we would be interested in how this might happen, and how much your charges will be, as we have a set budget we need to work towards.
This is an initial have a klook enquiry, but all your information would be appreciated. We are looking at the next three months.
