APOLOGISE because they had been busy MOVING buildings? Im sorry but I normally purchase from websites like nourishedlife and even when they where MOVING warehouse, it was clearly explained on their website and with your order BEFORE your purchase that there would be a weeks delay in delivery.
No correspondence no answers to emails no-one answering the phone and a 6 week delivery from a Major Australian City is ridiculous. I would not purchase ANY product that fell under this companies name.
Normally I would not write a review like this I actually LOVE the product but on principal I will find an equally great foundation with a company that has someone trained in customer service, 6 weeks for a product I could buy at my local pharmacy and no response to emails just asking for a simple update is just plain BAD!
Scammers – Do not give this company your card details. I returned items unopened via registered mail first week of April and they still have not refunded. When you ring the number no one answers and when you email no one responds. Consumer ombudsman next step.

Top company – I have ordered the Immortal face cream on numerous occasions with out any problems. I receive the goods within a week every time. have ever used and my friends notice the difference in my skin. I have read all the reviews and maybe people didn't read terms and conditions or ask enough questions. I was initially asked if I would like to become a member, so I asked the consultant what this would mean and she told me about the automatic debit for future mail out and I simply said "No Thanks", I will order as I need it. Simple as that and to this date I have never ever had any issues with the company. I have just ordered my next lot with free gifts and also the Laser Bright cream which I can't wait to try. I am not sure what products these people are complaining about not receiving – I have placed two orders now, one last year 2015, and another one just recently, both were paid and delivered without any issues! I have also spoken with the lovely ladies in customer service and they are all delightful and extremely helpful! I actually had to call to make sure my card payment went through, because I thought it didn't...I worry too much!
Finally, people should not blame the company for delays in postage or delivery! Do they honestly believe that the company deliver them personally! How about the company that delivers all our mail and parcels, etc. etc. are they not a tad responsible for the delays???

letter to tell me that I had a few days (due to this being posted over christmas and me being on holiday), to let them know that I wasn't happy with the sample, or I would continuously be sent the product and immediately be billed $99.99, and that this would happen every month from now on. When I phoned to see how I could stop this, I was advised that I would need to return the samples, including the one that I had opened and tried, and return them via registered mail. I went to the post office immediately and did this, at a cost of $10.90. It hadn't been made clear that I would be posting the sample back if I was unhappy. I didn't think the make-up offered anything special for coverage, and it stung me as I applied it. I am out of pocket $25.85 just for the pain of trying a new make-up. I wonder why a tiny sample can't be posted to customers, and if they love it so much, they wouldn't hesitate to order some more. It shouldn't be marketed in a way that if you do nothing, you have this huge ongoing financial commitment to something - when you just wanted to try it. I advised the customer service representative, Rachel, that the advertisement was very misleading. I also notice that this product is available from Priceline.

Great product? Bad and rude service – I placed my order and it took 3 months to arrive.. when I made enquiries I was made feel like I was being a hassle. I said send what I asked for after they tried to push me onto another product and then don't send anymore.

Rachel (real name?) spoke in a rude manner from the beginning of our conversation almost as though I were ruining her day by calling. They're not good – Do not order products with these people. I sent mine back because I wasn't happy with their service or products because they simply didn't work. I paid for the postage and returned them exactly how they explained, but today I had a letter from a debt collection company demanding I pay $147! Lucky my dads a lawyer. Exact senario – The exact senario mentioned above was true for me as well.I was fortunate to have lost my debit card and got it replaced so they couldn't take my money. I didn't know it was a scam until I phoned my bank to transfer money to them. I have my products ready to return as well.

She advised me that it is not their responisibility to tell the consumer if the have stock. As I work in the Automotive Retail Trade and I know that it is their duty of closure to advise the consumer that there is no stock. Now I am awaiting a supervisor to call me back at 3.30pm today as apparantley their isn't a supervisor in until that time today for me to speak with.
This has been a very terrible experience. Never again. Cant imagine how hard it would be to return the product under the 14 day trial period and try and get your money back. It shouldn't be this hard.

Infusion RX – Channel 7 have not done their homework - viewers being tricked with this offer trial for16 days. They take your money no one returns call therefore you can't return product without authorisation code and you don't get 16 days it works out to about 5. The staff con you into paying full amount on credit card. So beware
No Customer Service – Do Not buy anything from this company. They have NO customer service, there is a phone number which when you ring it asks you to leave a message and your number and someone will call you back. This never happens, I have been waiting 6days calling every day and leaving a message. No one answers or reads their emails as I have been emailing now for 3days and the fax numbers on the invoices are disconnected numbers.
