Frost Free Fridge isn't Frost Free – This product was purchased in February 2021 and stopped working in November 2021. Was told a technician would come out to look at it as it's clearly under warranty. He stated that the defroster no longer worked and needed replacing. Told me that the part wasn't in stock and I would have to wait two weeks for it to come in. Waited over two weeks, no one contacted me. Rang Hisense and they couldn't give me a straight answer on why the part wasn't now in stock. Offered to give me a brand new fridge but it would take 7 to 10 business days for this to happen. By this stage, we had been without a fridge for over 2 months and have been using the $200 fridge I bought off FB marketplace (which has been far more reliable than this $900 fridge). All in all, a terrible product with terrible customer service and I wouldn't recommend. Spend a couple extra hundred for a more reliable brand.

Hisense reminds me of the Hyundias back in the 80'S – The fringe is well put together, utilizes every bit of space, plus uses less energy than most regular refrigerators. With a smooth satin silver finish, it is pleasant to look at, and the minimalist look carries over into the cavity of the fridge. KIA and Hyundai have travelled a long way in all countries and they back their products with a 7 year warranty. That's confidence! Hisense is another brand working its butt off to make its mark globally. Like Kelvinator, LG, Sharp etc, Hisense is doing extremely well for themselves. Unless you are a badge nob.

Good value for the money – I bought it a week ago because needed smaller one for my new place. Wasn't expecting much but it is a good fridge. Huge spaces, more than enough for my family needed. Only thing is a bit noisier than my old one.
