Big Mistake, should have looked at reviews before buying
Ice maker not working. Upon delivery we waited 24 hours to flush the water & dump the first batch of ice, as per the manual. Surprise, no ice in tray but cool water from dispenser. OK, try tomorrow. NO it's still empty, same next day, rang Hisense and was informed tech would call. An operator rang in a few days, asked, what is the problem ? It makes No ice,, she offered a replacement new fridge or full refund without any questions. Why are Hisense selling fridges with a well known problem with the ice maker ! I own 4 Hisense TV's so I know the brand is good but they need to drop their fridge manufacturing as it is hurting them.

Bought this fridge 6 years ago and it has not skipped a beat even after a house move!
Love the wide shelves for oven trays or cakes, I like the freezer below, rather than above. Entertaining is a breeze with shelves easily moved and cleaning is easy.
I just recently dropped one of the door baskets and it broke, but I can still get replacements 6 years later!! That's brilliant.
Would get another if it failed.

I love this fridge. So much space. I like that the middle drawer can be a freezer or a fridge. We use it as a fridge being a family of 7, but if we still have it when they move out, will definitely be more convenient as a freezer.
I love having water and ice on tap . Love the large door sections that actually fit stuff in them. Love the shelves that can be pushed back if you need more space for tall stuff.
Cons- not bad enough to lose a star, but notable.
The ice sometimes doesn't come out properly, then melts and drips
I can't change the filter :/ How do we get the old one out?

Love the space of this fridge and the ice and water on demand. The top sliding compartment is perfect for deli meats and the kids school lunches. It’s hard to believe but this fridge makes my life easier.

I was a big step to pay high price for this fridge. My daughter bought under her name. But badly built, freezer draw snapped. Come home from work lost all contents Hisense was given pictures and proof of purchase, sadly enough in oct 2020 sent me out a small draw. Took a few months. Then again another few months after, and emails telling them I am sick of loosing contents, they sent another small draw. Again months n emails, still loosing contents. Calls were not getting through each time. Rarely gotten through after long period lengthy tim...
Read morees. Beginning of may 2021 yay draw arrived. Not to mention seals were not closing tightly, and insects were getting into the fridge. Had to remind them to send seals as they said we will send free of charge. Cheeky I thought as still under warranty. And as for the bottom draw seals I use vaseline to help it stick close. Answer this morning from Hisense was take them of was in hot soapy water and they will reshape. How is this for a 12 month old fridge. Purchased around the 5th may 2020 $1,999.00. Never buy Hisense again. I want to know where to go to seek help for dodgy appliances, when we pay good hard earnings for them. The service was satlled and appauling. I have until just last night never written a bad review about anything, tv, freezer, and Fridge. Costly items. Bad quality. After reading reviews from others I thought the freezer was the main problem, as sometimes the temperature turns off too.Purchased in at Harvey Norman for $1,999.

So far so good. I’ve had the fridge for about three months and it hasn’t broken yet.
Positives: The draw is versatile and fits can’s in it but can also be changed to a freezer if needed. The fridge seems to hold a reasonable temperature and food lasts longer than it did in my old fridge. I like the colour which is easy to clean. The ice machine and water is used daily.
Negatives: biggest negative is that you have to hold the door on the right especially when it closes if you don’t want the contents of the door all over the inside of the fridg...

I bought this fridge with great delight. Bro g a single mjm with 4 kids I saved and saved for it. I loved all the space. After 3 months the ice maker stopped so rang hisense. I got the run around and got stent to where I put purchased it. It was a dodgy electrical outlet they couldn’t fix it. Hisense came out to no avail. The place of purchase eventually replaced it. Another lemon this one leaks and the converter draw freezes randomly. The ice works then stops. Under 3 years old and I’m about to dump it in hard rubbish because I just can’t deal with the stress of haggling to have it fixed. Honest people like me never get a break !!

Great fridge...When it works. Saying goodbye to it now.
We purchase this fridge in April 2020 and the first this we noticed was that the water dispenser did not work for 5 days whilst it made the ice. We reported this to Hisense but they had no solution. The fridge ran smoothly (or so we thought) for a few months and then we noticed that water was leaking from under the right had drawer in the fridge, this water was ice cold. Each time it happened we would soak it up. We then contacted Hisense again who then sent out a 3rd party technician who didn't diagnose the issue. A few weeks went by and the...
Read more leaking was back and we notice that food wasn't lasting long in the fridge. The tech came out again and diagnosed the issue. The issue was behind the back pane in the fridge, everything was frozen over hence the dripping into the the fridge. When this freezing happens it also freezes the thermostat so the fridge temperature will sit at around 12 - 15 degrees despite the number on the door saying 3 degrees, as a result of this your food will perish and become unsafe to eat. To cut this long story short we have been through the freezing issue 3 times since having the fridge and all of the major parts have been replaced. Currently the fridge is leaking again however Hisense did give us a full refund and we have a new fridge of a different brand arriving on Thursday. I will say though that during these past 11 months Hisense have been great in dealing with our issues (except for 1 time). The 3rd party technicians were also great although they had never faced these issues before. In short, the fridge is a lemon and we won't be buying Hisense products again.Purchased in at Harvey Norman for $2,000.
While it worked, the fridge was quite good in usability and had no problems in that area. One of the best things I like about the fridge is the middle section which I always had set to -1c which was handy for cold beer or keeping meat.
However, when we received the fridge, the ice dispenser didn't work. It couldn't be fixed so we received a replacement fridge. This time one of the shelves in this fridge had a crack in it. So we contacted hisense and they sent out a replacement shelf which was the wrong shelf. We did this a few times before giv...

I love this fridge. I need a new one with more space and it’s got lots of it. I have no idea how I coped without it.
Everything stays cold. Everything stays frozen and you can blast freeze. Child lock is a added benefit as my 4 year old loves to play with buttons. 5+ stars from me. It’s a sensational fridge.

Faulty fridge flooded our house, Hisense warranty service is terrible. Avoid!
Woke up to find our 8 month old fridge had been pouring out water all night because of a fault, causing thousands of $ damage to walls and floor. Hisense sent out a technician 48 hours later who advised fridge needs to be replaced and to wait for contact from Hisense. Six days later, no call. I called Hisense and they advised they would organise replacement. I was told that because of COVID, we would have to leave the old fridge outside and they will leave the new fridge outside. Somehow, I am supposed to move two 150kg fridges by myself, and t...
Read morehen pay for it to be installed again, despite paying for that at the time of the initial purchase. This is apparently because no-one is allowed to enter dwellings because of COVID, yet the technician was somehow allowed to. I tried to speak to a manager, was told that none were available and I would have to send an email. I asked the customer representative to have a manager contact me, was told that's impossible and for some reason the onus is on me to chase up a manager. Terrible service, they are refusing to make me whole after their faulty product caused significant damage.Purchased in .
