Hisense HRCD 650L French Door

BUYER BEWARE - Don’t buy this fridge or any of their fridges as the shelf mounts snap off and the company refuses to fix them. They are clearly not strong enough for their intended purpose of having bottles stored in the door. They try to blame the Customer for using the product as intended. The customer Service is completely hopeless and provides no support at all.

not happy – had the fridge 4mths . the fridge section itself started freezing and the water dispenser stop working. brought from harvey normans told i had to call hisense, they were closed that day as it was a public holiday only in melbourne (yet they sell there brand all round australia), recalled them the next day, they then told me they would send someone out the next day to look at it, the service guy look at it said he'll be in touch soon then now 2 days later still waiting on a reply. called the service guy no reply don't answer. called hisense twice now and left a call back number no reply. also the fridge shelve are space out wrong for bottle soft drinks etc you have to lay them down.
