Hitman Pest Control

Ben as always was our Hitman, he did an excellent job, and explained what he was going to do. At the end of the service he told me again what he had done, fixed a couple of issues and sent me reports of his work. On top of all this he is a great guy and a really true credit to Hitman services.

trusted to find them in the first place, they couldn’t be trusted to kill them! I hired Slug a Bug, who came out and found multiple trails up our stumps, and along floorboards and joists, and photographed the clearly visible presence. They also found multiple sites of damage in the house that Hitman had failed to find (using far more advanced technology than the skirting board tap test Hitman had done). One wall they showed me literally fell apart at the gentlest touch. They treated the house for $660, no more termites. I called Hitman again to get an answer as to why their technician had clearly not bothered to do the inspection properly. Hitman doubled down and said the termites had only come in the 3 weeks since their inspection. That’s two separate colonies, up 7 stumps (3-6m high), along 20m of house, through multiple rooms and walls…in 3 weeks. Two other experts have estimated the termites had been there at least 6-12months, judging by the advanced colonies within the walls, clearly visible trails, and the damage. I gave Hitman every opportunity to apologise, but they were rude and dismissive. A termite inspection from Hitman is worth worse than nothing. DO NOT HIRE HITMAN.

Excellent Service! – I had Michael come yesterday to inspect and service my home for various creepy crawlies and I can’t highlight enough his thorough work ethic, I couldn’t fault him. He did such a good job that I can’t see me calling HITMAN back before the 12 month warranty expires. HITMAN THANKS FOR CARING – A technician I had been using for many years left Hitman and I like that the Management of Hitman took the time to inform me that this technician had no hands on experience doing termite treatments. who look after all their termite clients. This made it easy for me to stay with Hitman, even though I was offered a price $50 cheaper than that which I was paying when his new office person contacted me and she said awful things about Hitman which I knew not to be true after my own long relationship with them. I knew straight away that trying to get someone's business by bagging another was something I was not interested in. I love that even though Hitman is a big company they still find the time to treat each of their clients as individuals and not like just a number on a page. Usless – We payed hit an for a full pest treatment we had ants back with in a couple of weeks there response was the treatment takes at least a month to work we have spoken to there Brisbane office we can’t fit you in until mid May for a warranty this is rubbish you should be ashamed taking money under false pretences

Won’t use their service ever again – Been using their service sincd last year and had to call them in few weeks later as there were more bugs. explain the situation & I sent photos & videos of the bugs/ insects. I was told that the technician will re spray the outdoor area. When technician came, I asked what are the insects? I got told off “There’s nothing we can do, we are doing you a favour to come out & check what it is. There is nothing we can do. It’s probably your plants”. Would you continue using their service? Definately not!

Hitman Can Do – We had Mat visit from Hitman to do our yearly pest control. Could not ask for a more professional knowledgeable person. Arrived on time and we had as we always do outstanding service from Mat. Nothing was a bother and we haven't seen a live anything since. Very Happy with service, product and Mat.

They bug me – We were with the same guy at Hitman for a few years and knew how disgruntled he was working for them. When he decided to leave Hitman and start his own business, Hitman started spamming me about how this guy has no training or experience when he has obviously been doing it for years. And now they send out newbies with no training or experience. Disgusting game play! I've moved my business to support this guy.

On time and professional – Great service have utilised HITMAN for many years and they always do the job and I get a reminder call or text that my annual Pest control is due. Great service.

Worst Pest management – Have a large home and hitman was here less than 15 min for full service include rat baits in ceiling which was extra $80 on-top of the $260 and didn't even place baits in ceiling as I checked the ceiling .I rang hitman and was told the pest stations are placed in each corner of the ceiling.. surprise no baits except for an old existing station placed on-top of manhole .. The hitman who serviced the property lied and took the bluff I wouldn't check the ceiling.... Avoid Hitman [Name Removed] who service Springwood , Parkinson

Worst ever prst service – 10 weeks in sprayed twice.( fact are no dead cockroaches found $250 less in our pockets).. still have cockroaches running all over the place... in cutlery drawers and food prep benches... refusing to refund when asked , so we can use another pest control business that will do it properly. Waste of money – Paid for pest treatment and upgraded to mouse bait after last guy found mice in our roof. They were back within 2 months. Got pest guy back out to re treat our place and he was grumpy about it. 2 months later and pests are back. Again. Waste of time and money.

Stole my ring – After 14 years of excellent service with one pest control technician, Hitman sent a different person. He stole my wedding ring off a table. Don't let [Name Removed] in your house.

Not happy, waste time and $$ – Hitman did pest control for us last year, I was happy with the service, but the ants appears everywhere, I did call to ask another year service, but the lady said given I am still under 12 months warranty period, would give me free treatment for the problem area. Not happy - waste of $$ – I paid $300 for pest control and saw zero difference in bugs and ants in our house. They guys also killed an $80 plant cause he sprayed directly on it near our front door. True To Their Word – I have been using Hitman since 2003 at my home, my rental and now my 2 children’s homes. I love that the technician explains that it’s not pest eradication, it’s pest control so not to be concerned if I have pests return. That’s why Hitman offer a 12 month warranty.

Waste of money – I paid $316 for pet control . Ants, cockroaches.rats everything . I know have a infestation of ants . A can from Woolworths is a better result and you get better treatment . I don't recommend this company .

Expensive – Been using them for years and was happy until they discovered termites and quoted me 6800 for a system Nearly had a heart attack- got 3 more quotes for similar and none quoted even close to that!! Was disappointed and felt let down that they would quote a loyal customer such an exorbitant amount No complaints about the pest control but termites are a complete ripoff

Very Reliable – I've been using Hitman Pest Control for years now and am totally satisfied. I've never had any problems and they are very unobtrusive while working in your home. I can recommend them.

Back up their words with action – Hitman treated our home 8 months ago for all pests. Recently we noticed an abnormal amount of ant activity and gave Hitman a call for advice. They immediately informed us that their 12 month warranty applied and arranged for a respray. A lovely gent came today and reapplied the spray and the ants have dropped dead immediately. Great service – Hitman have been treating my house for more than 10 years and have found their service to be well above the standard for the industry. The technicians always turn up on time and do a through job. The office staff are always friendly and cheerful. Hitman always honor the twelve month warranty period and this includes ants (my biggest bugbear). Well done and highly recommended.

12 month warranty – I love that you get the 12 month warranty as it is very frustrating when the pests return & I know I only call the office and they will resend the technician to come retreat the concerned areas
