DON'T GO NEAR THIS WEB SITE.....THEY ARE SCAMMERS – I ordered a pair of Hoka trainers and waited four weeks, then my parcel arrived, not the trainers but a pair of sun glasses from a Mr. Sun. I couldn't return the package as it was in Chinese writing on the box. Besides that when I looked on my statement they took extra money from my account. I have now informed my bank who are looking into this for me. Hopefully this scam company will be stopped.....too many people getting scammed.
Unfortunately got done as the others have. Very subtle way of scamming/ – . Ordered two pairs of shoes, got email confirmation with a slightly different amount. . Then they add a dubious exchange rate bank charge. . They send me a pair of cheap plastic glasses with a value of $5 that takes a month to arrive from China when the site purports to be a Hoka Sydney branch. . Then offered a refund of about the third of the… Read more
price paid. . If I refuse that offer and want the shoes, they state that they are out of stock but show available on their website... etc
They should be shutdown and no credit card provider should offer them the facility to take customer payments!
SCAM- Don’t go near this company! – After ordering my Hoka shoes, I received a delivery of a toy junk necklace. When I notified the company that they sent me the wrong order they apologised and offered to give me compensation of $10 and not my full amount of $90. With back ward and forward emails trying to get my refund, they then blocked me! Do NOT have anything to do with this fake company! Show details

HOKA-Sydney is a complete scam – I actually give them a 0 Ordered a pair of Hoka Gortex hiking boots. What I received was a scarf. I'm kicking myself as I didn't spot the missing au after the .com. I thought it was an Australian company. Hoka -Sydney, but there's the scam. I have sent countless emails to the scammers but no reply. The Australian Government needs to step in to stop there Chinese companies ripping off hard working Australians. Show details
SCAM! SCAM;SCAM!!! BEWARE – Please do not order from this website, it’s a Scam! We ordered 2 pairs of Hoka shoes and a pair of sliders from this website in December and January respectively for $152.00 and $145.00. First we received a plastic wallet from China. The tracking number matched the one from the company. After numerous e-mails to the company about them sending us… Read more
the wrong item, they asked us to gift the wallet to a friend instead and they will refund us half of the money that we paid. They also stated that it will cost us too much to return the item via registered mail to China, and when they receive it back, they will re-imburse us the amount we paid less the postage they had paid to post the wallet from China. My husband contacted his bankers last week and explained the whole situation to them and they re-imbursed us for both orders. They will claim the money back from the seller’s bank. Just as well, today we received plastic sunglasses instead of our second pair of shoes. We won’t even bother going down that rabbit hole again. We got our money back. Contact your bankers, don’t even bother liaising with these crooks. It’s not a company in Sydney
Scam site – This is a scam sites. Gives the impression that the business is situated in Sydney however is not. Ordered Hoka shoes 4 weeks later received a beanie. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. It has been reported to Scam Watch. Show details

I join the band of those scammed by Hoka-Sydney – I wished I had checked your site before ordering shoes from Hoka-Sydney. Like others, I received some junk in the mail and after a emails realised I had been scammed. Show details
Scam HOKA - Sydney – Please contact your bank and report to scam watch. This page can't shut down the site - but scam watch might be able to shut them down. Yes, this HOKA page is a scam, but contacting your bank (not the crooks) will make it possible to get your money back.
Scammers Using Different Hoka Url – This website is one of many that lure innocent buyers with irresitable bait on line. The only official HOKA website is https://www.hoka.com. They are all parasites trying to get our hard earned money.
Hoka-Sydney is a SCAAAM – I would like to bring your attention to two websites, specifically https://www.hokatrailshoesaustralia.com/ and https://www.hoka-sydney.com/. These websites are engaging in dishonest practices by masquerading as legitimate sellers offering HOKA shoes at factory direct prices. It is crucial to be aware that these websites are fraudulent and their… Read more
sole objective is to deceive unsuspecting customers.
Unfortunately, I have personally experienced the consequences of one of these scams. I placed an order for two pairs of shoes through the HOKA-SYDNEY website, and I made a payment of $165. However, instead of receiving the shoes I had ordered, I received a counterfeit pair of sunglasses that were shipped directly from China.
These websites have been intricately designed to closely resemble genuine HOKA company-operated online stores. They promptly send a confirmation email upon receiving the payment and provide a tracking number that shows the preparation and shipment of the order. In my case, it took approximately 20 days for the parcel to reach my postbox from China. The delivery process involves leaving the package in the mailbox without any personal interaction. Despite the appearance of a smooth ordering and delivery process, the reality is that you never receive the items you actually ordered. It often takes a few weeks before you realize that you have become a victim of a well-executed online fraud.
To protect yourself from falling prey to such deceptive practices, it is crucial to exercise caution and conduct thorough research before making any online payments. Always verify the authenticity of the supplier or retailer and ensure that they are authorized by the HOKA brand. Additionally, carefully check for a valid Australian address and phone number on the website before proceeding with your purchase.
Please remain vigilant and take the necessary precautions to safeguard yourself from these fraudulent websites.
Website is a scam – Website states Hoka-Sydney but please be aware this website is FAKE. I ordered a pair of HOKA runners and 6 weeks later received a pair of fake Ray Ban sunglasses. I was lucky and went though my bank and my money was refunded.
NOT AUSTRALIAN WEBSITE- scam – Pretends to be based in Sydney but when you pay the company is coloradorepublic. Then says payment denied but money is gone from card. Customer service email fake Show details

Still a Scam!! – I reviewed this site 12 months ago, about it being a scam, but people are still getting stung! Fortunately, my bank noticed something unusual & put a blocker on the purchase. I emailed the site & never received any reply, which confirmed everyone's suspicions. Why doesn't ProductReview report it to higher authorities? Why don't people read the reviews before being scammed? Show details
100% Scam – I did spent a bit time to browse website..so real..BUT how come the price is so cheap with full range size? I know this brand too well...they have some version out or production line...unreal and the colour range is not practical as well....BE CAREFUL

This business is a fraud... said can't give refund because we received "goods" ...a worthless beanie instead of 2 pair of shoes.. Ha Ha! Lucky paid by credit card so can get money back. THIS IS A SCAM – Hello every one I ordered a pair of Hoka's in June 2022; it is a complete scam. I contacted them more than 20 times and guess what no shoes but many many excuses. I purchased a pair of Hoka's from another site and received them in three days. Please do not use this site unless you want to lose your money.
Scam alert – This is a scam website. Wish I had read reviews before I put my order through. Lucky I realised very quickly after finalising sale that it was a scam and called bank to stop payment within an hour of money coming out of my account. Like others have reported more money came out than sale initially said. There should be a way of stopping these people from having this legitimate looking website still up.
zero stars if it was an option. No shoes turned up and no refund. Don't order from this site. Site should be removed – Not satisfied at all it's a scam site don't order

They deserve a 0 rating – The website appears genuine but it is not. My first red flag that something was amiss was being stung for an extra $13 after checkout when I received an order confirmation email along with the increased price supposedly due to a currency conversion. I had ordered Hoka running shoes and the delivery time frame given was 3-4 weeks. After almost 4… Read more
weeks a parcel arrived with the tracking number I had been given on it along with a customs declaration signed by the seller stating that the value of the contents was US $5. The opening of the parcel revealed a scarf. No shoes. No shipping invoice. I contacted the seller and following a number of emails between us they advised that the shoes I had ordered were no longer in stock but they would allow me to keep the scarf instead of having to return it. If I decided on this option they would keep $86 of what I had paid and offered me 30% i.e. $37 for my trouble. I checked their website and it said the shoes were still in stock and available to order. If I had any doubt that this was a fake website and they were scamming people then I was in no doubt now. As I had paid with a credit card I initiated a complaint with my bank and after supplying a large amount of documentation they have agreed to refund my money. This website should be shut down. Avoid.
Rip off – Orded 3 pairs of shoes what they sent was a cheap pair of sunglasses bunch of scamers and they are allowed to operate a fake Web site using hokas brand disgusting Show details
Fraudulent site. Not Hoka. Will not supply shoes – Without realising I entered this site believing it was Hoka in Sydney. Not so. It's in China. Charges additional undeclared charge on the credit card. MasterCard advised of fraud. Charge stopped. Eventually received shipment - knockoff sunglasses but no shoes. Tracking through Australia Post corroborates this info. DO NOT SHOP FOR HOKA SHOES ON THIS SITE. IDENTIFY REAL HOKA AUSTRALIA OR GO TO STORE.
Scam! – I ordered shoes but I got a hat.they charged me more!!!!I reported this case to the Hoka In Australia and the government, however, this website still exists after a month. Show details
