misrepresented and unless I removed my negative review I won’t be refunded. I have contacted them since and again told they tried to contact me by phone to sort it out. I had already spoken to them and they made it clear that unless I removed my negative review, they won’t refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY- WHAT THEY SELL YOU IS FRAUDULENT.

Melbourne city and were surprised to see the quote for $742 . Obviously what we were told is no longer valid . That’s very disappointing. Buy the most disappointing thing is the altitude of [Name Removed] the manager over the phone. He has the wrong number bowers and the wrong altitude. No customer service no listening skills . Looks like nowadays being arrogant is a skill to be a Manager .

Holiday – We purchased their pack in 2019 but could not fully utilise the vouchers due to the travel restrictions. They ringed me for a renewal and offered a discount this time. I personally like the 2 for 1 option which does not have any restrictions like purchasing meals at the property. Overall it’s a money saving deal. Show details

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM – SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS They don't even return the call, they lied about the deal. When you ring them to explain the deal they don't talk to you. They are quick to take your money. Don't fall into this scam.
