courier was causing delays as they have not picked up the Package. This site is a Scam and must be reported to ACCC and and ACSC.

Very disappointed – Hi can anyone help me how can i fined The company Home appliance plus, i purchased lots of items and never received anything from them. Don’t know how to find them to get my money back.

If I could rate them minus ten I would – Do not go near this company. I purchased an item and it never arrived. I wrote numerous emails and was reassured that they would sort out the issue. On my 5th email i requested a refund and no reply came from them. Fortunately I was able to get my money back from my bank and credit card. The fact that they don’t allow PayPal is a red flag in itself. Show details

Love the red car – Hi, I ordered a kids car online. After checking the bad reviews, I was so worried that I won’t get it. I emailed the company, they responded really well. I also did live chat, they assured me that I would get it before my daughter’s birthday. Within 10 days, I got the car. I’m so happy with the product. Please have some patience everyone, you’ll get your products too. Thank you

Slow delivery but happy with product – I had the same concerns as others thinking I had been scammed. I contacted them via Messenger and threatened to do a charge back through my bank and they responded immediately. Within 2 days I had my tracking number and my item was on its way. Delivery was slow as expected but I'm happy with my purchase.

Also scammed – Paid for bedside tables that never arrived. The company doesn’t respond to repeated attempts to contact. Looks like they are just thieves. Will have to be more careful when buying on the internet.

No stock no refund no contact, scam – Emails, phone call, told I would get a refund and still nothing. They have no stock but they won’t refund my money to my Afterpay account. I’ve contacted Afterpay and will now have to report to ACCC. Show details

Thieves – I purchased a bed, but after waiting and waiting and continued excuses, I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Of course, it never eventuated. Being a disabled pensioner, this money was a fortune to me...I can't say how upset all this made me. I hope they get a good dose of Karma somewhere along the line...they deserve it. Disgusting human beings.

NEVER received the item even after many email enquiries – I purchased items on the 13th March 2022 and they never arrived. These items were to repair parts of my property that were damaged and lost in the February floods in Lismore. I have emailed numerous times and they have been ignored. PLEASE don't purchase from these guys as I am finding many people with the same story :(

Complete SCAM – Please do not attempt to purchase from this fraudulent company, HAP. Terrible service – Order 64614 - Ordered bird cage $96.99, 27 April 2022. Rang twice asking about delivery - 1st time "delay due to Covid" 2nd time "we have to improve our delivery". Submitted request for refund 13 July 2022, sent Email 1 October 2022. Now 18 Nov 2022, no refund received, nothing heard - I think I have been scammed

FRAUD – I paid 600+ for double bed frame and queen frame on May. I have never get my items. I filled the refund form but neither get money nor the item. Try to call them no one responds, try to contact them vai email no response. Such a worse online shopping. Never do online shopping again.FRAUD.
