Worst build quality. Guaranteed to fall apart – This is my second review of Home Group. The first one was 4 years post build and our house was full of cracks, the plumbing needed replacing and the tiles were broken. It is now 7.5years post build and the water proofing in our shower is failing and water has seeped through the micro cracks in our grout causing water damage to the adjoining walls.… Read more

Behind the shower is a cupboard and I have no idea how long the water damage has being going on for. Home Groups response? The warranty only lasts 6years for water proofing. It is now our problem. So I will repeat myself.... if you want a house that is cracking up in 4 years post build and leaking at the seams in 7 years, choose Home Group. (And how’s the cracks? We repaired them several times but they returned, broken tiles are now out of stock so they will stay broken). And dont be fooled by Home Groups apparent response to a product review - it amounts to nothing, just a show for those reading the comments!
