Don't order any furniture from this shop – I ordered furniture from them in year 2021 and still did not receive the furniture. They don't want to refund me and they don't deliver the furniture.
Great product, poor communication, long deliverly – After ordering a coffee table i heard nothing for a long time and when my emails went ignored i came to read the reviews and thought i had been scammed. The coffee table was exactly what i ordered and is amazing quality if this review was for the table it would be 5 stars!
I think their main issue is due to the low prices but amazing look of their products i would imagine they have a huge amount of orders but with poor logistics management or outsourcing. They did inform me that they had recently changed delivery companies hense the delay but unfortunately that doesnt excuse the lack of communication.
Overall, my experience was positive but would like to see them fix up their customer service.
If you wish to purchase from this company, patience is the word of the day!

Scam company making inferior copies of higher-end furniture. Do not buy – Not only did it arrive damaged, a different colour and would not assemble due to poorly manufactured parts it is also slightly different by design (see pictures). Don't go there...please! – Ordered the 2020 Modern Style TV Entertainment Unit on 30/11/20. Paid in full by credit card. Delivery was promised within 6 weeks with promises of email and text updates. By mid February 2021 received a group email from Home Wants sent to 125 buyers (!) who must have been in a similar position, saying delivery definitely within 2-3 weeks and delays "due to COVID". By 3rd April still nothing and we claimed refund from them for non-delivery on 14/4/21 saying we would go to our credit card bank if no reply in 48 hours. No reply received. No refund ever received despite their email to us on 5/5/21 saying "...she will need to contact Afterpay", which we did not use; and another on 15/5/21 just stating "She has been refunded" which we were not. By then we had already claimed a chargeback via our bank on 18/4/21 attaching all our order details and copies of Home Wants' bogus emails. Checked on 20/6/21 on progress on claim and bank advised that the "acquiring bank" had 45 days to respond to chargeback claim from that date. By then still had not received goods nor refund and received more bogus emails claiming our goods were "ready for pick up from our store" despite us paying for full door-to-door freight and us living 500km from Sydney. At same time we kept receiving scores of "specials" emails from HomeWants, itemising goods like ours for immediate delivery(!) (and website still has them now). Checked progress on our claim again on 6/8/21 and bank advised dispute nearly complete. We stuck to our guns. Received full chargeback credit onto our credit card on 9/8/21: over eight months after our purchase. Have never experienced such a recalcitrant / dishonest vendor on line before, and hope we never will again. So if you put in a claim - go straight to your bank - don't bother seeking refund from vendor - they will just string you along . Good luck!! And buy local from reputable furniture retailers!

Great tv unit! – The unit came fully assembled which was ideal, no damages ,the photo of the unit on their website looks exactly like the piece we purchased, abit of hassle with communicating with homewants furniture which made me doubt the qenuinity of the business but honestly I a happy with the purchase. Incorrect rails for the types of drawers with this unit. However, the material itself seems very solid. Would not buy from again.

twice via email since the order was placed these being on the 14/4/21 and 4/10/21. We cannot rate the product quality as thats difficult to do when you never receive it!
We are now lodging a dispute with the ACCC as their time has expired to deliver the goods. It appears we are far from alone regarding this non delivery issue so please do not become their next unsuspecting victim.
My recommendation is that you do not deal with this supplier, unless of course you like losing your hard earned money and wasting your time trying to obtain answers as to where your item is (or isn't).
You have been warned!

Zero stars if I could – Word of advice to those who never received their product or a refund. Take them to your state tribunal. They will be asked to refund and pay tribunal fees plus missed earnings. We took [Name Removed] to the tribunal and he coughed up the full refund. Took him 12 months. He is a liar and a conniving person. Probably believes his own nonsense.

Never received Product - Fraud Company – I actually went to their warehouse ordered bed and did money transfer back in July 21, never received the bed neither they are responding to my emails, calls or Facebook messages.
