I purchased the 7ft Pencil pre-lit Christmas tree and it did not disappoint! It doesn't take up much room, so easy to assemble, has great height and the lights, ooohhh the lights!!! It's just magical to have on in our house. Show reply

The Homecoze Entertainment arrived in 3 business days . Put it together reading the plans and carefully assembling took 3.5 hours. The assembly instructions say 1 hour. The assembled product was perfect. Great addition to our lounge room. Thanks Show reply
I purchased 2 lovely barstools, unfortunately one of those had a fault.The team were so helpful with communication, and within a very short timeframe I was sent a replacement. Would definitely purchase again from this site. Show reply

Bought a Christmas Palm tree and the lights keep flickering on the leaves…Not happy at all as it was expensive…There quick at taking your money and if there is a problem forget it, Not worth the money at all…

Scammers – Scammers be aware! Customer service is discussing. Don’t waist your time emailing u don’t get a honest reply.. Didn’t get a tracking number or no notification on my delivery. They take your money & don’t sends goods. I’ll be contacting fraud investigators & the ombudsman. Lost parcel order number / Homecoze #14514 for a full refund. Shame on u!!!!

I recently purchased the three piece recliner set. Minor issue on delivery with a crack i. The table top. Readily rectified by the help team with replacement provided within the week. Due to my reduced mobility I had a friend put the chairs together for me. Took him about 30 mins all up . Comfortable and they look great under the pergola. Show details · 1
Follow-up · I’m looking forward to spending summer days reading and reclining. These chairs are comfortable and still looking as new despite being subjected to a fair battering of Tasmanian weather. We have ‘scotch guarded’ them and this ensures no prolonged soaking when in the rain.

After i’d explained my issue with the solar/battery unit and you’d kindly offered to replace it, I’d assumed that you would be sending a replacement battery unit. Since when is Grey really Brown? – I ordered online using their photos to select the colour for 4 bar stools - the description was grey and the photo looked grey. Buy your outdoor setting somewhere else – I purchased an 8 seater outdoor table and chair set from this company on 20th November 2024. It is now the 9th December 2024. At the time of purchase I was informed that the delivery Would occur between 29th November and 2nd December 2024. The chairs were delivered within the delivery period advised at the time of purchase however, my table is yet… Read more
to be delivered. Apparently the third box (my table) has been sitting at the couriers depot since 27th November, which is now 12 days ago. The courier (Hunter Express) have absolutely no interest in being of assistance and have advised me in a very blasé way that they “have asked the drivers to check for overs and our investigations continue”. I have emailed Homecoze on a number of occasion and they continue to give me cut and paste responses about it being a busy time of year and the courier is investigating, blah, blah,blah. I have opened the two boxes that were delivered (which contained the chairs) and out of the 8 chairs, 1 is damaged and cannot be used as the weld between the seat and leg is split, making the chair unsafe and 4 chairs have cosmetic blemishes. I have emailed for a resolution regarding the chairs however, based upon the lack of resolution regarding the missing table, I do not hold out hopes that this entire issue will be dealt with before Christmas which means, my family will have nowhere to sit on Christmas Day. I would also like to note that the blurb on the website mentions that the setting comes with cushions for the chairs. I have not received the cushions. Maybe they are packaged with the table that I am yet to receive.
