Still Delivering Results Through Market Lows. Great Team with Outstanding Services.
I have been using Hometime's services since mid-2019. I still highly recommend Dom Morabito, Sol Castor and their team for their outstanding services. In addition to their market-leading short term property onboarding and management services, their key differentiators are:
1. Deliver results even through market lows - As the country went full lockdown mode due to COVID-19, it has impacted the short term rental market substantially. Dom and the team at Hometime were able to adapt to the market change quickly and secure guests with different req...uirements at my property. This has exceeded my expectations. 2. Issue management - Throughout the period, occasionally there have been issues arising from guests or other external factors. Dom was attentive, communicative and provided viable options efficiently whilst taking on feedback. 3. Outstanding practice to welcome guests and cleaning services - Hometime facilitates flexible check-in options for guests. Sol and the team ensure cleaning at the property is on point every time, I can also see my properties are well looked after. Overall, after working with Dom, Sol and the team at Hometime after more than a year, I still say this is best Airbnb management experience and very happy to have found Dom and his team.

Complete lack of professional care
We went with Hometime because it was supposed to offer us peace of mind with managing our property. This has been our experience only after 2 guests but was enough for us to leave the Hometime contract:
- Hometime do not take a 'list' of all your home's contents, and the photos don't cover every aspect of your home. A video is done of the entire place, but in our experience, this was not thorough and did not cover every aspect of our home, e.g. inside cupboards, balcony etc. If you want to ensure everything is there, you will need to keep track...
Airbnb property manager
Affected by Covid : We were a bit awestruck after Covid hit. Our property was doing very well althrough last year but then there were cancellations. We own 2 properties (self managed) in the same building and decided to start one with Hometime and start one with a local agent. After several months of no contact the local agent has since told us they tried everything but were unable to get any bookings as the market was not ready/limited for furnished apartments. However, Matt from Hometime contacted us regularly and kept us informed as to ways ...he was managing our bookings to at the very least increase exposure on airbnb. After about 2 weeks of no bookings we were very worried, then we saw some bookings start coming in. From Mid June to now we have somehow had 60 % occupancy and our income has reflected previous years when we did it ourselves. Apart from the initial 2 weeks we were not down at all on income. We have managed to salvage our property ratings also at 4.9 stars. The bookings came in last minute, nervous moments, but Matt constantly kept us informed and we had an impression he was doing everything possible to generate bookings for us. It seemed to work and we are more than satisfied with the service we received. We've heard other airbnb properties had no bookings so we feel lucky we had Matt in charge of our portfolio. It’s so easy I don’t have to worry about anything Hometime let’s me know if there is any issues with my Unit in regards to repairs and rectify it ASAP.

Efficient service and great team to work with
Self managing our property just became far too onerous for us to manage. We subsequently engaged Hometime to manage all this on our behalf. The team have been effective, efficient and an ease to deal with. The response from our guests are now 5* positive. Amazing Systems and Great Occupancy achieved!
Simply put, after being with other agents, Hometime hands down is the best. Why, because they have amazing systems. My home is cleaner than ever, and my occupancy is better than ever. Should have made the move earlier but I got into a rut with an old agent. No more! My contact is professional, a good human, and so lovely to the guests, always giving 5* service. Loss of bookings due to inability to clean my property. Respond to guests.
Charging through the nose per night but under delivering.
I regret handing my 5 star super host property over to them to get it back in my hands at a 4.5.
Saying there are no guests due to covid. But as soon as I have it my property is full again.
I have been left out of pocket and disgusted by the team.
Management hand over several times so I don’t actually know who I am dealing with and inability to pick up the phone to call and explain or answer my calls.

I have always been cautious about renting out my 3 properties and have previously had some bad experiences self managing with Airbnb. Hometime were recommended to me by a neighbour and they have completely taken the stress out of managing my properties. My account manager is fantastic and proactively deals with any issues that arise without having to consult me. Highly Recommended!
Efficient & Hands On Managers
We have several properties managed by Hometime and would highly recommend their services.
They have an easy and streamlined process for ‘onboarding’ and an excellent App which I can check booking calendar and view statements by property.
Our Account Manager, Ween, is super helpful and is always onsite to help with styling and presentation of the property (even receiving deliveries whilst I was overseas and purchasing extra items required).
Their fee structure is fair and reflects the sheer amount of work they have to do just to get a booking over the line, then respond to guest enquiries during their stay, coordinate cleaning, repairs, etc, etc.

We have been with Hometime for two years now after self managing an airbnb property for 3 or 4 years. The time and stress saved by using Hometime has been far out-weighed by the cost for us! I have full trust that Ween from Hometime will always act in our best interest. This company has given us our time back which is priceless! The cleaning is next level with heaps of photos to your email every clean. Attention to detail is great and you can give any special instructions required. I would absolutely reccomend these guys.
Hassle-free Airbnb management and professional, personal service!
I used Hometime to manage my newly purchased house in the inner-west while I was living overseas. Ween, my property manager, was always so thoughtful and responsive and one step ahead, that it made it seem like an effortless process – despite the distance! She kept the property occupied even during COVID. I also appreciated Hometime's transparency with their fees in the beginning. My only suggestion would be for Hometime to display hosts' earnings NETT (after all fees) instead of gross, so that I had a clearer idea of my earnings. It was like this in the beginning (early 2019) but they changed it for some reason. Otherwise, highly recommend. Thanks for everything, Ween!

Overpromise, underdeliver and no accountability
We used Hometime to manage our property (newly renovated house) in the Sydney Inner-west when moving overseas. We compared Hometime with outright leasing and other Short-term management companies. Despite the much higher management fee and the fact they are single-platform, we decided to go with Hometime due to:
1) the earnings forecast they provided and that whilst not a promise was mentioned as very realistic
2) the professionalism of the person that came to meet us. She really looked like she knew what she was doing, and that she could ach...
Make my life so much easier
My direct contact with Hometime is Krystina Elsom and she is very professional. I am happy to have her taking care of my beloved apartment. She did a little bit of interior and a whole lot of cleaning (we have massive window and balconies) before listing. The occupancy and return is good. All clients gave 4/5 review on Airbnb. We could not think of one thing we do not like. Best service ever!
