What a joke this delivery company is! My parcel was chucked on somebody’s lawn 2 suburbs away, luckily the homeowner was honest and bought it over to me. The tracking on the parcel was misleading and on the 2 occasions i tried to ring Homeexpress I was on hold for 40 minutes each time, so I gave up. Lift your game Homeexpress!! Show details
Repeatedly tried to deliver to a business address outside of business hours, even though the hours & days available were written in BOLD in the notes. This is a repeated issue. Avoid using these clowns. Show details

Had 2 deliveries from Shien today that the lazy driver could not have walked an extra 6 paces to the front door to ring the doorbell. Absolute trash with deliveries! 4 attempts and each time I advised again of my address and mobile number & tracking number. No attempt in ringing or replying. My package was then sent back and I will have to re order which will now take another month. Very disappointed with service & communication! Show details

Extremely disappointing experience with this courier company. My parcel was marked as “delivered,” however I never received anything at my address. No driver contacted me, no parcel was left anywhere nearby, and there was absolutely no proof of delivery provided. to emails. A package cannot simply be marked as delivered without proper confirmation, photo evidence, or customer acknowledgment. Very unprofessional service and extremely poor customer support. Customers should not have to chase basic information about where their parcel has gone. I am still waiting for a proper investigation and response. Would not recommend unless customer service and delivery accountability improve significantly.

would deliver it later. Suddenly, some kids came, opened his unattended car, and took several parcels. The driver then claimed that my parcel was among the stolen items. This situation could have been avoided if the driver had properly secured the vehicle.
He later returned with damaged and opened parcels. I found my parcel bag, but all the items inside were missing.
After this, the tracking was updated as “delivered,” which is completely incorrect. How can it be marked as delivered when I personally saw the parcels being stolen and received my bag empty?
To make things worse, I received another parcel the next day that does not belong to me.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. The delivery was handled carelessly, and the situation was not managed properly. I expect better service, accurate tracking, and accountability.

try to deliver that day or 100% next day but still didn't deliver it. Now my son's birthday went wrong because of this i couldn't take his pics . This is why I bought the clothes long before and deliver was 20th which actually was obvious but some fools chose to take it back to the warehouse without no note left or even notification. Also appears that others in my suburb had the same driver as parcels have been delivered to wrong addresses or not arrived!!! They have posted their frustrations on FB. Homexpress should be giving customers the refund as it is their incompetent drivers ruining their reputation. Only put 1 star as you could not leave it blank

package was left in the middle of the porch when normally the courier left next to door and column, or under doormat. Previously, they didn't send any message advice they will plan to deliver on the day, didn't send any option as usual: leave in the safe place or to the closest post office, and after that they didn't send any confirmation of the delivery was done to see the time. The lack of communication of this company is very dissapointed.
The worst delivery service I have ever encountered! How incompetent can delivery drivers actually be?! Not just once, not twice, it for three consecutive days!!! Person delivering parcels is too lazy to actually bring parcel into my yard to the front door, instead they just throw my parcel over the fence onto the ground in clear view and reach of anyone walking or driving past. Terrible communication. I have a roadblock near my house due to construction. I gave the alternative directions and still nothing. I know they have hired incompetent drivers who wasn't following a route on a GPS. They kept saying they have tried to send my packages and no package has arrived. We live on acreage and share a 100-metre driveway. Our letterbox is not visible from the house, but it is in full view of the road.
