The service they provide is atrocious! My parcel is a week late. No tracking updates. Can’t call because it just comes up with ‘call failed’, no email response (it’s been 4 days) no confirmation for the ticket I have submitted about my late order. Nothing!! They are useless! would be redelivered. Now, the final message says the delivery failed because my address was supposedly incorrect and the parcel has been returned to SHEIN.

How does that make sense? The first explanation was that there was nowhere safe to leave the parcel, and the final explanation is that the address could not be found. My address is completely correct, hundreds of parcels are successfully delivered to this apartment complex every year, and several are delivered here every day.

The end result is that my parcel was never delivered, I’m now without the items I ordered, and a refund is being processed because the carrier failed to deliver them.

SHEIN, why are you using this delivery partner? This has been an absolute waste of time and money and an incredibly frustrating experience.

If your retailer uses this courier, be aware there is a significant risk you will not receive your order. There was no delivery vehicle or driver at my property within an hour before or after the stated times. No delivery attempt was made. This level of service is unprofessional, misleading and incredibly frustrating. I would strongly recommend retailers reconsider using this courier.

What a joke this delivery company is! My parcel was chucked on somebody’s lawn 2 suburbs away, luckily the homeowner was honest and bought it over to me. Absolute trash with deliveries! 4 attempts and each time I advised again of my address and mobile number & tracking number. No attempt in ringing or replying. to emails. A package cannot simply be marked as delivered without proper confirmation, photo evidence, or customer acknowledgment. Very unprofessional service and extremely poor customer support. Customers should not have to chase basic information about where their parcel has gone. I am still waiting for a proper investigation and response. Would not recommend unless customer service and delivery accountability improve significantly.

try to deliver that day or 100% next day but still didn't deliver it. Now my son's birthday went wrong because of this i couldn't take his pics . This is why I bought the clothes long before and deliver was 20th which actually was obvious but some fools chose to take it back to the warehouse without no note left or even notification. Also appears that others in my suburb had the same driver as parcels have been delivered to wrong addresses or not arrived!!! They have posted their frustrations on FB. Homexpress should be giving customers the refund as it is their incompetent drivers ruining their reputation. Only put 1 star as you could not leave it blank
