A great hose reel – A perfect hose reel in that it does everything superbly well. The twist fittings are a bit different and require a bit of messing around with snap on adaptors but once everything is set up, it is an excellent system and worth every bit extra one might need to pay for an ‘ordinary’ hose arrangement. available in any stores except one in Sydney. Hoselink products are only available online direct from Hoselink. So I am guaranteed that I paid the same price as the customer from last few weeks to customer from next few weeks. I did not have to go around for shopping for the best price.

Why Me? – Placed an order 9 days ago due to the overwhelming positive reviews. Prompt delivery & performance being paramount. Sent TWO emails asking of my order status & why the delay. No response! Used to be a good product – The hose stinks like the very cheap ones from yesteryear. Still smells like chemicals a month after purchase. The reel is clunky and has jammed already. My son unpacked one he had for years and it is fantastic. Offshoring has destroyed the product.

Bunnings or somewhere like the hosefactory for a traditional hose reel. Avoid like the plague, did not live up to the hype.

Main claim is no drip but all it does is leak – From very early in the piece it leaked from the connector to the nozzle and from the nozzle itself. Contacting Hoselink they asked for video footage to see the problem. Not worth the money – I fully refitted my entire home garden and rental house garden with Hoselink products believing the hype that they were the toughest and the best. My retractable hose (which admittedly is a couple of years old) has split and the ends/joins on all of the brand new dripper hoses that I bought have blown off the ends after only one use. frustrating when you spend days and hundreds of dollars installing these products only to have to buy something else and do it all again. Not a fan. Buyer beware. Do not buy these products if your fittings are exposed to the weather (which, oddly enough, garden products usually are).

Kinks all the time – This hose kinks all the time and my mother is unable to use it as it reels in too quick and strong. I also didn't receive the screws that attach to the wall. Hoselink replaced items 1-3 under warranty. Hoselink will not fix the sticky hoses and offered a discount on a new hose reel. No thanks – I will get a different brand.

All-in-all, the Hoselink system is of very low quality and what remains of my system will be going to the tip. Don’t believe the hype.

Excelent pressure for cleaning off the stock truck – Needed a hose that would increase pressure yet cover the area of a large stock truck for cleaning. Works well with the Super Jet Washer also to give that extra pressure. Show details ·  1

Best hose I have ever used. I will be buying another one soon!! – I have never had a retractable hose reel before and I did extensive research on a few brands before deciding on this one. my first reel 2 years ago with an additional mount, I’ve been moving that reel back and forth between the front and back yards because the mount system makes this so easy to do, with all this back and forth it’s still like new!
