Being a franchise also gives them the advantages of both worlds - we get the personal relationship and attention to detail of a small family builder (no dealing with sales consultants - we always spoke directly with the owners), with the benefits of backing from a larger organisation. From design through to selections the entire process has been collaborative, inclusive, and organised , and both Bruce and Katina have done everything in their power to make sure we get what we want whilst also advising us about things we may not have considered otherwise. There are no hidden costs, and they have been fully transparent on costs and markups - no charging us thousands for something when they got it for peanuts! We really cannot recommend them more - my only regret is not reaching out to them sooner!

felt they showed time and time again that they both cared greatly about the outcome. * They worked with quality professional tradespeople. * We ended up with exactly the home we wanted (everything met or exceeded our expectations of quality), and there were no nasty surprises with the budget!

During the design phase, we gave Katina and Bruce a big list of requirements in an email (lounge room close to kitchen so we can keep an eye on the kids while cooking, walk through pantry into laundry, two storeys to retain as much yard space as possible etc.) and they worked with an architect to bring those requirements to life and gave us a floor plan that fulfilled every need. Katina was attentive and gave us great advice on the design elements. Bruce clearly has a wealth of knowledge and was able to estimate and advise on technical aspects of the build. Both Bruce and Katina were clear about costs.

During construction, Bruce was a wizard at orchestrating the numerous tradespeople, and Adrian, his building manager worked tirelessly to ensure each component was delivered up to scratch (and being the handyman he is, often got in and fixed or completed things himself to save time). Katina ensured we were consistently updated and promptly answered any questions we had and accommodated every change and variation we threw at her.

Our home doesn't resemble anything we reviewed from the Hotondo catalogue - it ended up being a bespoke design, but you'd swear Bruce and Katina had built this thing before based on the way they handled the project from start to finish. If you want a trusted builder for your home, we wholeheartedly recommend Bruce and Katina. You will not be disappointed.

mountains. Literally, he managed an amazing excavation for us. But more so he is an incredibly hard worker. He will do what it takes to 'make the client happy'. He was always willing to listen to our questions and he always had an answer when we were concerned. We never felt bad to just pick up the phone and ring him if we doubted anything. Katina is the heart of the team. She took the time to truly get to know us and our wants/needs. She helped us with the whole design phase and gave us her expert opinion when putting all the design elements in. She knew our budget from the very beginning and helped us stick to it, allowing our final cost to be within our budget and close to the estimated cost at the beginning. The communication between the two of them was flawless. Having lived in our house for over a month now we can safely say the workmanship and quality of the build is exceptional. Bruce said he's a perfectionist and it truly shows. We were included throughout the whole process, getting to check the build at each stage and if anything came up that Bruce wasn't happy with, he would fix it straight away.
