Happy New Home Owners – We had some rural land and were considering owner building and doing a lot of the work ourselves. After exploring some of the different prices quoted for this plus the fact we were both working we then started looking at having a new home completed by a professional builder. When we first visited Hotondo Homes Kempsey we were impressed by the degree of understanding and helpfulness [name removed] showed us. We liked the Homestead design which was similar to something we drew ourselves, and [name removed] was able to customize the Hotondo design to incorporate the room sizes and layout we wanted.

The construction started in May and at the time of building we had a lot of wild wet weather and were worried we might not be in our new place by Xmas. [name removed] and his team were very approachable and kept us informed all the way through and our house was ready to move in by October.

Looking back now we are very happy we chose to go with Hotondo Homes Kempsey, [name removed] suggested a different siting than we had in mind and the views are better than we had hoped for. Inside our home we’ve used some suggestions we didn’t consider like feature walls and skylights we now feel add real value to our home compared to other new homes we’ve seen. We would recommend Hotondo Homes in Kempsey to anyone considering a new home. A very professional team who were always personable and up front.
