Living Nightmare – Errors made that can never be fixed most of the build was done "reverse building" Wrong vanity tops installed, Moved in December 2018 still waiting for things to be finished Builder has closed their doors until further notice because of "Corona Virus" We had to pay the whole of the final payment before we could move in, even though many many things were not finished

A very long detailed email was sent to Hotondo customer care over 12 months ago and we never received a response of any kind, no back up of any kind, very disappointing

Hi Michelle, As the Administrator has responsibility for NB Contracting at this point in time it is disappointing they are not actioning your request. In situations like this they are required to work with clients to resolve issues. If they are not assisting, you will need to get in contact with Consumer, Building and Occupational Services by visiting external link . Very happy with my build and the friendly service – I was very happy with my build and friendly service that came with it . Everything finished and done exactly the way I wanted . Was given a price at the start and it never changed. The house was built way ahead of schedule. I was keep up to date with everything that was happening.
