Very happy with my new build – This is my first time at building a home. Every stage of the process was clearly explained, great ideas to assist in making the house plan how I wanted it with alterations in bathrooms and some cost saving suggestions with windows and glazing. explained, with constant and open communication we were never left wondering if we would get what we ordered, the team were eager to impress us and there were virtually no hiccups along the way considering we went an with off-grid electrical system. The quality of work from all the tradesmen was high class. Choosing colours, cabinetry, tiles, paint and accessories etc, was made easy and fun, so much that we have decided to have Hotondo Homes Ararat build our second dwelling, an accommodation retreat at the back of our property. builders was a sense of honesty and a willingness to seek out alternative options when things didn’t go to plan (of which there were very few). The house is pleasant to live in and is admired by townsfolk. Hotondo also build wine cellars! Be quick to grab one of the remaining 1 hectare blocks next to my house in Victoria’s most beautiful country town! Honest, friendly, good advice, energy efficient, inexpensive yet high quality. land was an odd shape, so [name removed] spun up a custom design which suited the block and would give good energy efficiency. I'm also colour-blind, so a lot of the aesthetic choices were a bit tough for me, but Jenny helped me every step of the way to make sure I didn't choose anything which looked ridiculous.

The end result is a great looking, unique, spacious house built exactly for my purposes, which barely needs any heating or cooling outside of opening/closing windows and blinds. Friendly staff, excellent design.
