Sam is an absolute gem, he won't let you down – We had the pleasure of working closely with Sam from Hotondo Homes Pakenham for over a year as we embarked on the journey to build our dream home. From the outset, Sam distinguished himself with his unwavering commitment, exceptional communication skills, and an unparalleled level of dedication. Sam became more than just our main contact person; he was a true partner in the process. Despite the unfortunate turn of events that led us to withdraw from the project, our disappointment is overshadowed by the immense gratitude we feel for the outstanding support Sam provided.

Amazing experience with Hotondo Homes Pakenham – We had an amazing experience with Jesse and the team at Hotondo Homes Pakenham and could not have asked for a smoother build. We completed a KDRB and have just had handover. Jesse kept us informed of all progress and checked in with us regularly with any questions regarding the build. His attention to detail was very impressive all throughout and we could particularly see it during handover. All of the trades were professional, completed work to a high standard and our neighbours commented on how clean the builders kept our site throughout.
On the day of handover our site supervisor handed over a stunning house and we couldn’t be happier. We’re in our dream home but I’d absolutely consider building with Jesse and his team again because the experience was so smooth.
