I ordered a pack of 5 Genuine Epson 503xl cartridges (2 Black and 3 Colours) from Hot Toner at a great price on March 24. They were delivered (free of charge) on March 25! I still can't believe it... I will never order from any other supplier.

Hot T use Australia Post to deliver the goods. Australia post made little effort to deliver my parcel, simply left a note to collect at the Post Office. That's hugely inconvenient as it involves paying to use public transport and waiting in a long queue to collect the goods. "Hot Toner" is my go to for printer cartridges as I find their online store is easy to use, their prices very competitive and delivery time is fast. AA+ overall.

First time user. In error I paid twice for my order which arrived way quicker than expected. I emailed about my double payment error but need not have. I have long been a happy Hot Toner customer because I have always received excellent service. Orders are process quickly and usually my order is delivered in a couple of days. I have never had to make any complaint about the service. and am pleased that it so good and worry-free.

I put in an order for 1 printer drum and 2 printer cartridges about 1pm yesterday and received the delivery this morning around 11am; this is a rather efficient and fast process given that my place is about 100 kms from Hot Toner's Regents Park NSW address. I've just replaced the old drum with the new drum to do some test printing and the result is excellent; I haven't tried a new cartridge but if it works like the previous ones then the result will also be excellent. This is one business that I can strongly recommend.

Actually I have received prompt service and excellent products from Hot toner for, I think, something over 20 years. I was a bit surprised therefore when they recently told me Iwas a new customer. Looks as if their sales people aren't paying attention but I guess I will go on buying from them if the products are still OK.

I have used HotToner online services for years and they always delivered what I ordered in a very quick turnaround time. There are other online services but from my experience you will probably end up being dudded and receive something you didn't really need and be stuck with it. HotToner and very professional, provide very clear communication and always deliver the product much quicker than I expected.

Buyer beware, i purchased HP compatible inkjet cartridges, they stuffed up my printer head. PayPal to be able to get my money. I am not saying all cartridges break printer heads, but the hp compatible inkjet did, and that was from the printer service guy. AND after all that i got my $41 back, but they have lost a customer, was it really worth it HotToner
