supplies saying order had been cancelled due to an error on their website and was refunded money, very poor service from this company.

They sent me an air gun for nails instead of staples. Now I have to send it back to them, wait until they receive it to get a refund. All after it was their fault for not sending me the right tool. Asked them to ring me to explain. Radio silence. Not willing to explain yourself? Well I’ll put up some feedback to tell others to be wary

Excellent transaction. Order dealt with quickly. Very well packed. Ehoma parallel jaw clamp 600mm & 300mm EC-PJ60, EC-PJ30 Clamps are excellent. Strong and easy to use. Like any clamp they have their limits but I glued a small 460mm wide table top to test. Couldn't fault them. Very convenient as they sit flat and upright making it a breeze to setup. Be careful when ordering items online, they do not advise that special order items can take 90 days to receive but they are happy to take your money straight away. Their customer service is less than helpful, that's if they respond at all!

I ordered 6 tubes of Selleys liquid nails for a job coming up. Open the first tube and it was solid, proceeded to open the next 5 and all were solid / unusable. didn't let them know about it when I received them. They told me the tubes have no shelf life which is incorrect as I found the Selleys technical specification sheet which state they only have a 12 month shelf life. A few emails back and forth and they refuse to refund or replace the unusable tubes. They said the product came into them in March 2025 however the manufacture date is older then this. I asked them to prove they are within the usable 12month and I never heard back from them. Will never purchase anything from this business again.

They gave me a delivery date that was in 2 days (and was the primary reason to buy from them). Took my money and then took 3 weeks to deliver. No contact numbers to discuss delivery dates, no way to cancel the order. I now have the correct item but cannot use it. NOT HAPPY JAN. Show details

Roof access aluminium ladder. Very good product well made and as per description. It fitted well in my garage and provides good access to my roof space. Bottom of ladder needed a trim but rest good. Sturdy construction and quite capable of supporting an adult with no shakes or wobbles. Would recommend product in fact I have to a couple of friends.
