Excellent result – My Oven was cleaned today 11/12 by Heidi, she did an excellent job, very happy with the result and reasonable fee. We were quoted by another company $200 then on top of that another $65 travel fee. We paid $120 for a great result.
Wouldn't know what clean was – When these guys came to do a vacate clean on a 2 bed house for $880 in Kurrajong I could tell they did do any cleaning, the whole house was filthy, grease and food in the kitchen, carpet with 10mm of build up on them, windows filthy, light fittings with black dirt on them, wall with marks on them, + + + + . Called then back three times still no better and house filthy. DONT USE THESE GUYS
Difficult to deal – The staff is not trained professionals. Damaged my new carpet with bleach. It is good to stay away with this business.

Thank you for your feedback, but we understand and by your message in Product Review “the house was old and extremely filthy”. Our cleaners are very experienced and diligent and did their absolute best with the state of the property. Unfortunately, the original quote was not quoted correctly as per information provided was not accurate. Eg. Windows to be cleaned – the information provided was 25 panels. In reality, there were 75 panels to be cleaned on the day. The quote we estimated was for $801, but when arriving at the property to clean, in reality, it should have been around $1500. Unfortunately, this is the difficulty in End of Lease cleans when the rental person is satisfied with the job and said the landlord would be happy they are restricted with budget but then the landlord's expectations are totally different.
