We are very happy with Sami and his team. I was impressed with the clean and the attention to detail. The price was reasonable and Sami was easy to communicate with.
Horrible experience. Never again. Wife arranged [Name Removed] to come do a clean, the clean itself was satisfactory but [Name Removed] had actually knocked my living room speaker down and damaged both my speaker and my floor. Product review gave HouseProud cleaning an opportunity to investigate the incident with [Name Removed] before I published the review.
The interaction with them was even worse. [Name Removed] called my speaker stand a “table” and basically lied to HouseProud cleaning claiming that my wife has informed him that the “table” was unstable to begin with. And it fell after “softly” hitting it. Those speakers are 13.5kg on a dedicated speaker stand. He managed to knock the whole thing down. I have 2 cats, 1 toddler and 1 baby. If those 4 destruction machines haven’t managed to knock down said speaker, I really doubt he “softly” knocked it.
Anyway HouseProud Cleaning basically only cared about me removing the review deflecting all responsibility by calling my speaker stand “defective furniture”.
Learn from my mistake. Never ever use these guys if you care about anything in your house. Because they certainly don’t.

may take 2 days no a problem. After 5 hours the 2 men tell me they are done and want to be paid. This was unexpected as we expect them to be here until late or come back the next day. I refused so husband could come take a look as i wasn't happy. Husband came home and felt the same and contacted them, they returned and he showed them all the placed and things they had not done and stayed another 2 1/2 hours. The wife who booked this job also showed up and can't even explain how rude she was and after 2 1/2 hours demanded to be paid even though they had not done what was quoted. Blinds not cleaned, walls not cleaned, skirting boards no cleaned, my floors feel dirty still since they never changed the mopping water, mop was filthy when they started. My house stinks from whatever they used with their dirty mop. Photos are after they left the second time. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

Excellent result – My Oven was cleaned today 11/12 by Heidi, she did an excellent job, very happy with the result and reasonable fee. We were quoted by another company $200 then on top of that another $65 travel fee. We paid $120 for a great result.
HPC Belrose Great cleaners, excellent value – HPC Belrose do an excellent job and are great value for money. I can't recommend them highly enough. Joe is a nice guy and the team looked after cleaning for Dad really well.
Above and beyond by Port Macquarie branch – Wonderful service provided by the Port Macquarie - Hastings branch. Two beautiful ladies came and went above and beyond. Even cleaning rooms not originally requested and doing the dishes. Highly recommended!

Requested service,but no response and contact number not working – I sent a request for a cleaning job in Kedron (Qld) online through the website on Monday 17/2, and as of today I have not received a response. I called the contact number, and there was a recording saying that the number would not be working for at least 2 weeks, and to contact by email. What a joke. Wouldn't know what clean was – When these guys came to do a vacate clean on a 2 bed house for $880 in Kurrajong I could tell they did do any cleaning, the whole house was filthy, grease and food in the kitchen, carpet with 10mm of build up on them, windows filthy, light fittings with black dirt on them, wall with marks on them, + + + + . Disgusting – Floors looked they had not been cleaned at all and the cleaners dumped three large bags of other people’s rubbish in my red bin. Rather than collect it, Jo (the owner) accused me of being demanding, saying it is standard practice!

Perfect cleaning – Mum has dementia, and I needed a reliable and affordable company to clean mum’s house fortnightly. I engaged House Proud Cleaning in Quakers Hill about a year ago and I have found them to be prompt, friendly, trust worthy, thorough and affordable . Get some other professional company if you want a deep clean, Good for General cleaning – We booked deep move in for our new house and move out cleaning for our rental flat. tiles will fade or paint will go or nets will get damaged. He did not clean few places saying he missed it or it will get damaged, Our flat owner was extremely upset with his cleaning. He had to chase him to use bleach to clean certain areas and he was lazy saying the tiles will fade but later agreed to give a try and Boom the dirt is gone. Again he missed to do full cleaning on the day and came after 2 weeks to do the missed ones. He charged $130 for oven, other companies charge $100, but missed to clean it. Finally after after a month he comes and again he was lazy to clean it thoroughly saying the dirt is very tough each time and I had to literally show him each area plus to leave the cleaning liquid for 5 mins and clean it. The oven will definitely have tough stains and so we booked an oven clean. He left the dirt and grease from the oven on the floor and never cleaned it before leaving. We had to literally clean our kitchen that he messed with the oven grease. Charged us over $865 for move in and $377 for move out, which was expensive compared to other companies. Overall their work was satisfactory but will never recommend them for deep and move in and out cleaning.

Terrible – Booked a deep clean even though it was the most expensive quote due to their 4.8 star reviews. Worst clean I have ever had done. Dust everywhere. Floors had marks all over them.
