Do not book Hub Health online. Zero stars. Zero customer service. Zero product (health care) delivery. Hub Health is affiliated with NIB. I used the NIB link to fill out the Hub Health booking form. hours time at between 8.30 to 9pm the next day. I have started a protracted process to get a refund and get my details removed from their system (which unsatisfactorily they say they will retain for 7 years “ As per the Health Records Act 2001, all healthcare service providers are required to retain patient records for up to 7 years.”). I was not a patient so I don’t see why they should keep my records. Hub Health online should be avoided. However, on a positive note, I did rebook with UpDoc. I received a call within 5 minutes of payment. I received clear medical advice and a prescription as required.

The website asks on questionnaire what services you require, i booked for a specialist referral and imaging pathology request. Which i required for ongoing treatment, i offered my previous results and treatment records, only to be told they cannot help. They still charged me the consultation fee, refused to refund even though they couldnt provide… Read more
the service nor could offer me any medical consultation because they didnt know me or my condition. They couldn't refer me or give me an ultrasound request. Yet they advertise they provide it. They take 48 hours to respond to email, and provide no phone number to contact.tjey sent an email response refusing to refund my payment, when the only contact with practioner was her telling me they cannot provide what i require. To see my GP. This is not a consult or medical advice. It was an explanation they could not provide me with my referral or imaging request. I have no choice but to report to the medical Ombudsman.

Follow-up · In answer to “what processes were sightful”, I was commenting on their knowledge about the GLP 1’s and weight loss. My initial concern was overweight. My husband has now gone a GLP 1 as well and we are both very happy.

Hub Health made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free. From the initial transaction to the consultation, everything was easy to navigate, quick, and very well organised. The staff were friendly and professional, and the service overall was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Very convenient and very experienced physicians, can't fault the service and lead time! I got a doctor in like 15 min, when my local doctor had closed and didn't have any vacancies anyway. The only thing is it's quite expensive, even with the NIB discount, Costing one star on my review.

To start with they said they will send a script by email and then shipped it out. I lost no weight and I worked really hard with diet and extra exercise. I can not justify spending $400 a month if there are no results.
I needed to get medical certificate for my work immediately. So I got my appointment with hub health. They said they would provide medical certificate within 2hrs. But its next day now still haven't got it. I got a warning from my work place and told me they would cut my pay because I didn't provide medical certificate. I tried waiting, contacting them still no response. Such a [Content Removed] service.
Don't waist your time or money... Pure scam... They charge 3 x as much for a watered down dose that does absolutely nothing... A waist of 3 grand and months of time

It started as a terrific experience but has gone south very fast. I have now made 3 appointments this week and on all 3 occasions, the clinician has not phoned me. You cannot phone them and speak to a human all assistance is via email or text message and I feel like I am going around in circles.
This is a terrible experience and I do not recommend anyone pay for this.

The dr was kind and I felt like I was being listened too. They looked into my symptoms with thought and care and I was able to also get a script to fill in the morning. It was an easy process.
