centre again with a heavily accented woman, tell me that they're "new owners" and because the brand name was so popular ( yeah right - popular for ripping people off ! ) they kept it similar. What rubbish !!! What other paving outlet or tile shop has call centres in the Philippines ? It's rubbish !!!! ACCC - please step in once and for all and close them down. Do not buy from this company – Purchased beige polished pavers but received dark pavers that were a combination of colours that looked nothing like what they advertised. Contacted the company and they tried to tell me that what they sent was the correct product and it was a natural variation. do not deal with them very poor products – they have very poor products ie concrete blocks that have contaminants in them (foreign matter that substantially weakens them)do not buy from them,also department of fair trading has issued an alert about them and the director Azad Mortazavi

attempted to discredit unhappy customers and has been brought up on charges by the ACCC and has 100s of negative reviews. What does it take to shut them down?

Hunterstone, don’t order online – Don’t order online with Hunterstone. They will debit your credit card and then not supply product. There are warnings from Fair Trading NSW about this business (October 2018). Hunterstone should be shut down.

Online chat does not work – Have tried several times to chat online with these guys recently with no luck. Having looked at recent reviews and Fair Trading advice so I assume they are no longer in business. The online ordering system appears to work find but you cant call anyone or chat live. Probably safer to stay away. UPDATE - did get an online chat response eventually but was 4 hours after contacting online. Not really "live" and well after the fact.

I think it's interesting that only those with a negative review have apparently dealt with somebody "claiming" to be them. I think it's more likely those with a positive review have dealt with somebody claiming to be them. Why are all the positive purchases not needing to be verified?

Do NOT purchase from this disgraceful company – Never ever buy anything from this company. We were lucky that our bank could do a chargeback and get our deposit back. But even after that they tried to come back at us with their bank claiming we had picked up the pavers from their depot. find out personally how my order was progressing. Last visit on the 27/7/18 I changed the order to an in-stock item as there was no assurance of when the original order was to be received. I took delivery of those pavers on the 14/8/18, nearly 5 months after the original order was placed. On the 16/8/18 I informed [name removed] from the Heatherbrae depot 44 of the 560 pavers delivered were broken and unusable. I had to inspect each paver individually to ascertain if I could use the others, most have some damage that I could turn down during laying to hide, some are perfect, though not many. Dimensions and thickness vary up to 5mm over a 30mm (thick) x 300mm x 600mm sandstone paver. Laying them is a VERY time-consuming affair. So, from my experience with Hunterstone - do NOT under any circumstances order on-line, you will be in for an experience that will, frustrate you, age you from worrying, waste your time, you’ll spend many sleepless nights, hold your project up and when all is said and done not save one cent from dealing with a reputable supplier. 4 weeks after sending photos of busted pavers and making a claim with their ‘claims department’ I still have not received replacements.

If you can drive and visit the Heatherbrae depot, and select stock you can actually see, pay for and take delivery off on the day of viewing then you might just come away with an experience you can live with. If you can’t do that then DO NOT purchase anything from this ‘business’ sight unseen. Use a local supplier whom you can deal with face to face. You have been warned!!

Terrible – We ordered 60 square metres of pavers with a cost of thousands. This was 16 weeks ago and now they will not speak to us or refund our money. Essentially they steal your money. I am not a competitor. Do not purchase anything. The police should investigate this company for criminal misconduct.

Stonewalled – Worst company I have ever dealt with. They don't care. They take your money. They don't respond to communication of any kind. The break promises. I cant comment on the quality of the product, as I haven't seen it yet.

Are yhey still in business? – Took my order, took my money 5 weeks ago. Nothing has been delivered, they dont respond to emails and dont answer the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

ordered from another company and the product had been delivered. On 18 July 2018, Hunterstone delivered our cancelled order. They implied that we would get a refund for 3 weeks and after numerous emails, phone calls and requests for a refund, the CEO, [name removed], said that there was no refund. There is nothing in the T's and C's about protecting the customer if HS does not have stock. Do not buy from Hunterstone - I will be happy to remove this post when they refund me. Cheap - but not worth it – Placed an online order on Sunday, and received NO confirmation of any type. Payment wasn't processed. Spent the next two days trying to find out if they received the order. hold message suggested Livechat might be more successful. So I sent a message on LiveChat on the Monday, followed up again on the Tuesday. Again.... no response. Sent a message on Facebook on the Tuesday. Despite an initial very speedy initial response, am yet to receive any response. Sent emails both days with no reply, then magically the money is deducted from my credit card (3 days after the order was placed, and despite the fact that my attempts to contact them would suggest no one even works there). Sent another email on the Wednesday requesting this be reversed. On Thursday, FINALLY received a response, and an agreement to refund.... One month and several emails later, still waiting for the money. Couldn't leave this review on Facebook because they don't seem to allow it. Absolutely appalling.

No Response – Have been trying to contact Hunterstone by phone & live chat for past 3 days to check on my order of Travertine Pavers with no success. Have made 6 calls & been kept on hold for lengthy periods each time. Perhaps Hunterstone could advise best way to contact them?

not happen. I was given a mobile number to text which no one responded too and no one answered when I called then number given. I sent emails asking for the name of the transport company to find out where my order was. I eventually received an email from the transport contractor advising that they could not let the truck out of the yard as there is not enough tonnage on it. So I asked for a refund and I was told I would be given a refund, that was on the 24th April it is now the 16th May. I have sent several emails and no response. I have asked to speak to the manager and this has not happened. I was told there is no phone number for the accounts department. Who knows if this is true it doesn't sound true. I still do not have my refund and we are talking over $1500. I would not recommend buying from this company. My next step is to open a case with fair trading against Hunterstone to try and recover my money. It's a very poorly run company!!!

Customer first – Can be a bit hard to get hold of on the phone, but couldn't fault the service when we went out to collect a small order. pointed out to them that i needed the pavers urgently and that they guaranteed me they would be delivered within a week. I asked them what they did have in stock (again) they told me they had heaps of 12mm, so i said i would excharge the order to 12mm tiles and i said i would take them with me, after loading one pallet, i noticed all tiles were between 7 - 20mm thick, i told them that i needed tiles all the same thickness and that this was not good enough and to give me my money back, was told when boss comes in I would get a full refund, again after countless phone calls and emails had to go back up to Heatherbrae and ask them where is my money, got nowhere then got email saying would give me only 70% refund. Took them to NCAT yesterday, they lied and lied, still only offering 70% refund. Now i am taking them to a further hearing to get my money back.

I would like to get in touch with people who could help me in taking these rouges to court. These people cannot keep getting away with offering only 70% refund when it is always their fault.

Easy wall and Easy pavers lived up to the name – We purchased Easy Wall and Easy Slab, as a novice we had no problem installing them. Very pleased with the results.
