No response from company – I was looking at these sneakers and put them in my cart but decided I cant afford the $100 right now so closed my phone to not proceed. to me. No phone number, only email. Seems like a scam to me. Does anyone know a way to reach a person, phone number or somethig?

Terrible Company to deal with – Purchased a few pairs, the soles just disintergrate after about 5-6 months with little wearing. A well received gift – Making the purchase was made easy with the help of the international size chart. I was concerned with the lack of delivery communication. BLOCKED FROM SENDING EMAILS TO hypersupport – I live in Western Australia and received the sneakers on 18th May 2023. Could not wear the sneakers as they were too big, but also the front part of my foot was very uncomfortable, so I messaged them to say I was really sorry, but had no option but to return them. not take into account the fact that I could not wear the sneakers. I tried walking all around the house for several hours but had to take them off. I have problem feet, but thought from the ads and review on their initial website they may be the answer to my problems. However, now I cannot send them any more emails (emails being returned), and after reading some of the reviews on facebook, have realised that even if I do send them back to the only address I could find for them, I would never get a refund (as per one customer advised). So $200 Aust. lost. I would never have spent that amount of money on shoes, as I am on a Govt. pension (age). Anyway, as the saying goes: "Cheats Never Prosper" and "Do as you would be done by, and be done by as you did" and "What goes around, comes around." KARMA happens.

Horrible – My sneakers arrived yesterday and one inner sole in immediately fell out. The shoes are uncomfortable and seem to be 2 different sizes. I am being told if I want a refund I have to pay to ship them back. I already paid for shipping to get them. I am contacting the BBB. Show details

Unwearable – I can get my foot in the front part of the shoe but as there is no stretch in the material I cannot get the shoe over my heal. I have now after much frustration tried to cut the back of the shoe to see if I can get any wear out of them. I do not recommend these shoes! Show details

Squeaky shoes – Shoes are comfortable even wearing all day BUT the squeak so badly I’m heard coming all the way down the end of the ward. It’s embarrassing. If there’s a way to stop this please tell me. I really want to keep wearing them but need to stop the squeak. Show details

Not as soft as expected – I’m very disappointed in my shoes. Desperate for relief from Plantar Fasciitis I really thought I’d found what I needed. The memory foam inner sole though is very thin and the heel base of the shoe is hard. The only way I can wear the shoes is to add gel sole pads inside, which is what I was hoping to get away from. They look good and are otherwise nice shoes but definitely NOT as soft as described. Show details

Very satisfactory – In searching for quality sneakers for my wife, I found these quite easily on CATCH. The range offered was good, although sizes available limited which colours we could choose. Perfect timing – I ordered a pair of hypersoft and they did not arrive contacted the team sometime later and they were quick to resend. It finally arrived today and I cannot believe the timing I purchased a treadmill last week and today was going to be the day I started my new me. Excellent. The sneakers were everything I expected. Good quality and good looking – They were easy to order and a good colour range to choose from. My sneakers look fabulous, lots of compliments the quality is really great. Hopefully will now look great and be comfortable on my daily walks.
