No response from company
I was looking at these sneakers and put them in my cart but decided I cant afford the $100 right now so closed my phone to not proceed. Well they processed the order anyway and I received the sneakers. I didn't even see the order was processed, emails in spam. I am trying to return them, you only have 14 days to get a refund, and no one gets back to me. No phone number, only email. Seems like a scam to me. Does anyone know a way to reach a person, phone number or somethig?

Purchased a few pairs, the soles just disintergrate after about 5-6 months with little wearing. Contacted Hypersoft they (after 6 months) sent me another pair.... yest the same thing happened soles disintergrated shortley after. I am 74 and dont walk more than a few ks. 3 times a week. Nothing more active. Contacted them and again after several months they offered to give me a refund which I accepted.... yes that was more than 6 months ago and I am still waiting. They now dont return my emails..... Guess I wont be getting my refund!

I live in Western Australia and received the sneakers on 18th May 2023. Could not wear the sneakers as they were too big, but also the front part of my foot was very uncomfortable, so I messaged them to say I was really sorry, but had no option but to return them. Got a reply saying they would send me another pair in a smaller size, but they did not take into account the fact that I could not wear the sneakers. Horrible
My sneakers arrived yesterday and one inner sole in immediately fell out. The shoes are uncomfortable and seem to be 2 different sizes. I am being told if I want a refund I have to pay to ship them back. I already paid for shipping to get them. I am contacting the BBB.

Unwearable
I can get my foot in the front part of the shoe but as there is no stretch in the material I cannot get the shoe over my heal. I have now after much frustration tried to cut the back of the shoe to see if I can get any wear out of them. I do not recommend these shoes!

We would like to let you know that our Hypersoft Sneakers have a normal size fitting, but the shoe’s mesh upper might feel a bit tight around the foot in the beginning (wearing a sock, or using a shoe horn might be useful in the first week). However, once you have worn them a few times, the knitted upper material which is elastic will adapt to your foot structure. The shoes will start to feel incredibly comfortable. After a long wait and no contact or invoice the shoes arrived and they are so badly made it’s disgusting how this company got so many good reviews. I say they are bogus. The shoes smell so bad of chemicals and they are the opposite of soft. The toe area feels like I’m wearing rubber thongs. The packaging has no overseas address and still no invoice in the bag so I can’t even return the shoes.

We understand that they smelled of chemicals as they arrived, and they were not soft enough to your liking. Shipping has indeed been an issue for us in the past year. Luckily, we have found better transportation solutions. We expect things to improve soon. Regarding the smell of the product when they first arrived, we have to say that sneakers generally have a very specific smell that can sometimes be quite strong in the beginning. It should wear off after a while. As for why our return address is not indicated in our packaging, it’s because we’re a global company - and while we operate from three different continents, we are not yet able to keep a warehouse in every country where we ship our products. Therefore, in most cases, we send the products from a warehouse outside of your country. In order to arrive at your home, your package has to change hands several times and travel quite a long way. That’s why the address you see on your package isn’t the address to our return center, nor is it the address to the warehouse of origin. It’s actually the address to one of the facilities your package stopped at along the way. As indicated on our website, we ask all our customers to contact us before returning their item. We want to ensure that they can return their product to the return center closest to them and make the whole process go smoothly. I received my hypersoft sneakers a week or so ago. I'm relatively unimpressed as the hype surrounding them is somewhat untrue. They are reasonably comfortable but not to the extent they are advertised at, at ALL. I find them so difficult to get on that sometimes I just give up, even struggling and using spoons to try and ease the elastic over my heel. It takes about 15-20 mins to do this and I'm getting to the point where I just can't be bothered. I would never buy them again.

Squeaky shoes
Shoes are comfortable even wearing all day BUT the squeak so badly I’m heard coming all the way down the end of the ward. It’s embarrassing. If there’s a way to stop this please tell me. I really want to keep wearing them but need to stop the squeak.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes cause I was sold on the caption “like walking on clouds”. For normal people (without foot issues) these might feel super comfortable but not for me - I have Mortons Neuroma. The gel foam insert isn’t thick enough & so I would need to remove & replace them with thicker gel inserts which is disappointing. They are a good-looking shoe which is another reason I bought them. It’s just a shame I can’t wear them! I think people like me can’t shop for shoes on the internet- we need to try them on.
