This is my second review for I Love Linen, and let me tell you I certainly don't love their quality. washer, so I always follow washing instructions. For the cost of these sheets, the quality just isn't there. I have a set of Adairs sheets that I purchased at the same time as my first set of I Love Linen sheets and these sheets have maintained their colours and have no holes, but have been used double the time. It is evident that a lot of comments on this site are based on a recent purchase and not on the long term quality.
These sheets appear premium upon purchase, however they wear out extremely fast, despite carefully following instructions. When raised with customer service, they note that this is not their issue and instead offer a discount on future purchases. The wear happens just after the 12 month "warranty period". Customer service was dismissive. I would expect more from a brand that we are supposed to love and support.
I purchased two king size Hotel Cloud Collection Luxury 5 Star Hotel Pillows Set and unfortunately the pillows were only half filled with the microfiber filling. I have emailed requesting a refund over the past two months and I am yet to receive a response after following up several times. Unfortunately, I won't be purchasing from this site again.

At $500 for a set (even “on sale,” noting the brand appears to run 30% promotions almost continuously), this level of performance is unacceptable. At this price point, and time frame of purchase some durability should be expected.
For comparison, I own multiple linen items — including darker chocolate brown sheets from bed threads and a linen couch cover - all washed identically, and have never experienced discolouration.
Customer support was slow (2–3 days between replies) and have ultimately offered no meaningful resolution. I was told fading is “expected” from sunlight exposure, despite the item being dried in the shade. This is not normal fading for sheets of 2 months old.
Many positive reviews appear to be written shortly after purchase rather than after extended use.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this brand. If you are choosing between linen companies in Australia, I would strongly consider both long-term quality and customer service before purchasing.
I ordered two sets of quilt covers and pillow cases a few months ago. I believe in buying quality items and taking care of them so they last a long time. Unfortunately, despite following all of the care instructions, one of the quilt covers has torn after only three washes. So disappointed. These sets look and feel beautiful, but I'm upset that I spent a small fortune on these for them to come apart so quickly.

that much. Such a shame, I would have expected to get longer than 3 years out of such an expensive product that is marketed as being good quality and that it ‘gets better with age’. Yes, they definitely get softer and more comfy with age, but by the time they’re at that point, they’re going to get holes not long after. I won’t be buying from this brand again.

is an investment which last years and years and get better with age, but I’ve found this to be quite deceiving. Our fitted sheets became so thin and threadbare after a year or so of use, and they were on high rotation with several other sets of European linen sheets from other brands. We have sheets from lower end European linen brands which have held up way better than the I Love Linen ones. The dye on the pillowcases is discoloured and unsightly. I have always followed the care instructions to the tee. From the start I could see that the weave was significantly and quite visibly looser than other linen products I own. I don’t doubt this is exactly what has contributed to the wearing and the holes. I think it’s reasonable to expect a $455 bedsheet to last a lot longer than one year, and not wear out so quickly. I feel silly for paying so much for them now. I do not recommend this brand and don’t believe they are offering as premium quality a product as they are claiming to.

to do that, with any new puchase like this, before use), hung them on the line, and was surprised at how quickly they dried. But what I was most amazed at, was how soft they were, on first use. I'd previously thought that new linen was a bit scratchy, but these have already been stonewashed (according to their website) and that's what gives them their soft feeling. They certainly don't make me feel hot on the hot summer evenings, and I anticipate they'll be great in winter too. In the few weeks that I've had these sheets, I feel my sleep has been better. So I've just placed a second order for a new set. Because these sheets are amazing.

I bought a king sheet set and quilt cover in sage last year and I was so excited to have this beautiful set in our new home. Within a couple of months the quilt cover had faded quite noticeably in parts and the pillow cases now look stained and worn. It has been only a year and I now have needed to replace. Considering how much I had spent it is very disappointing - I have previously emailed but no reply received.

At $485, I expected significantly better durability than 13 months of normal household use. Unfortunately, the warranty approach leaves little room for reasonable assessment of product lifespan versus price.
Based on this experience, I would recommend considering alternative suppliers with stronger durability expectations and more flexible customer support policies.

shook it out to fold it. I’m so hesitant to put my insert doona inside. Think I’ll wash them all again. So disappointing and annoying like cheap towels. I have never experienced this with linen bedding with the two other brands I buy. For me very disappointing on many levels.

I have read many reviews of these pillows ( after I bought unfortunately) and a lot say waste of money and dodgy and definitely not worth the money.
