color is pink. and i gave it to a store to remove some links to fit on my hand.

The next days I saw exactly the same model on the department store in Sydney at D.....J..... and at M**r. The color was pink. Ice pink .No dark rose gold as mine!!! I decided to send them my complaint and the lady told me that sometimes the color is different and I say that I want to change it.

I sent it back she called me and said me that the watch is original and that they can not change it because of some scratches (when i gave it outside to adjust it on my size propably they scratch it). I completely understand the thing about the scrathes and so I accept it back to me.

Today I check on ebay and I saw exactly the same watch with mine with 157 dollars from Tokyo!! I still I am reaaaaaaally upset for that fake watch. I've never read any bad review about them so that's why I decided to order from them. I dont want to wear that watch again. That company has to ashamed for the items that they are selling.

August 27th 2017 Update: Quality products, Great prices, Awesome customer service!

Buying Jewellery online can a lot of the time be very daunting - will the product look like it does in the photo? Will the sizes be right? If there is an issue, will it be difficult to sort out?

I had these thoughts while choosing and purchasing a sapphire and black diamond ring, but decided to go ahead and give it a shot.

I couldn't possibly be happier with the outcome! The ring is absolutely gorgeous, even better in person than the photos online, and the customer service was honestly impeccable :)

The range Ice has is huge, so they have now become the only store I will shop through :)

If you're looking for an online store that ticks all of the boxes, I seriously couldn't recommend them enough.

There were some issues with the payments but both Michele and Simon from customer service were helpful throughout the whole process.They provided me with their personal mobile phone numbers and allowed me to call them at ungodly hours for 2 to 3 days on end. Not even once did I feel like I was bothering them and always felt welcomed. All issues were eventually resolved and both products arrived today in mint condition (within 2 business days of placing order).

The recipient LOVED both products and I cannot thank Michele and Simon enough.

Prices are very good – I purchased diamond earrings for my wife’s birthday. I paid extra for ‘gift wrapping’ and a message. The imagery online showed ribbon but all I received was the box and a black bag, no ribbon, no wrapping paper - it was still nice but underwhelming. The message was on white card. Lovely bracelet but very frail – Chose the delicate open bracelet in silver...looks lovely but quite small. holes in them giving them the look in some light that the stone is missing...about 6 people have told me I've lost a stone. A lovely bracelet that you really need to treat gently. Staff did say they would send me a return VOUCHER but I did not get one.

Disappointing – Was looking forward to receiving my ring but unfortunately sent me wrong ring size twice. They decided it was too difficult for them because they made an executive decision to refund me when all I wanted was my ring! Never again.

Dissatisfied – I have placed a few orders. I ordered a Thomas Sabo sweet diamonds earrings, 2 pendants and. 2 bracelets. The items were on sale and in stock. I have since received emails saying that the items sold out moments before I placed the order for all five items! though I am not getting them. I was told the order could not be changed and I could choose something else or be refunded when it was paid in full. I didn't really want anything else. I have emailed Ice online to see if I can cancel one of my orders. I am so disappointed with them. Also, one of the items I did receive was the wrong length. The necklace was 53cm but I received the 42cm one. This is my first bad experience with online shopping.
