Fantastic staff. Excellent help. They surveyed the area and cam up with the best way to go about installing the AirCon. All are very helpful. Great service, delivery, installation and price!

Excellent communication from the time of initial contact to the appointment time. Service staff was friendly, professional and honest. Couldn’t have asked for a better service.

I have been a regular customer for over ten years and the reasons I keep using Ideal Air are (a) easy to book a service (b) staff are prompt and (c) have very good product knowledge.

Not great – The technician sent out was knowledgeable and personable, my issue is not with him. However, only 1 out of my 3 AC units were looked at as the other 2 were deemed too high on the roof from a safety perspective. alternate solution in advance. I've had no follow up re cost/ options for fixing the AC that was inspected or trying to service the other 2 units. Overall felt like a waste of money and time with still no solution.

that his job was only to check one unit. We even offered to pay extra or cancel the originally scheduled inspection, emphasizing that the issue was very urgent, but he still declined.

Although the technician was not at fault and followed the original request, we believe it’s important to pay closer attention to customer needs, especially in urgent situations like this. Sometimes, adapting to the situation and making adjustments can make a significant difference in customer satisfaction.

BEWARE of the Cost – BEWARE $275.00 to come & say its broken... BUT hey, I will send a really long email later telling you why it's broken .. not know what the technician is doing for the 30 mins but then they just charge more for the "expertise!!!!" Look elsewhere..

Came promptly when 2 year old unit stopped working, found the problem quickly, and reinstated it. Should be fine for years now it seems. Hope so. I would recommend Ideal Air if you have any installs you want, or for efficient service with a smile.
