Return to sender labels that don't stay stuck – I can understand why they are out of business. My first return to sender labels for the back of envelopes were great. They came on a spool. Being widowed I didn't need as many and this order came flat as peel off labels. They are USELESS! I have to put sticky tape over them to keep them on. I am most disappointed.

Never Again – Have used Identity Direct before so decided to order my latest lot of return address labels from them. The labels that arrived were someone else’s labels entirely with their names and address, god knows who has mine. issued) At no point have I been asked to return or destroy the other labels that have someone else’s personal information on them. I only hope that the people with my labels decide to dispose of my personal information properly. I’ll use another company for my printing requirements in future.

Personalised Pencils – The photos for the pencils don't really do justice for what you are sent. The picture of the pencil looks plain with just the personalised name and perfect for what we needed. But when I opened the parcel - the name that I needed printed is next to the brand name of the pencil - does not look professional at all. Absolutely dreadful – Ordered 200 return address labels on 6th November. Was advised in a highlighted box that whilst products continue to be ready for dispatch in 1-2 days, postage may take up to 9 working days. 15 working days later (25th November), my labels were still marked as in production. the order tracking), and got a useless answer, reiterating the times highlighted, but not acknowledging they had already passed. Requested a cancellation of my order, since it is now too late for international Christmas postage (thanks a lot, Identity Direct. What a let down), and the very next day, I did not get a reply to my request to cancel the order, but got an email saying it's been dispatched!! Communication is awful. Emails can not be replied to. There are no phone numbers to call. The contact us box doesn't allow continuity of a conversation. Do not waste your time with this company. This is the worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. No appropriate follow up at all. Now I can't even return the labels I requested cancellation of order for, under their returns policy.

CAN'T CONTACT VIA THE PHONE NUMBER ON THE REORDER TAG – I have always been happy with the labels over many years, I have tried ringing the number on the reorder label numerous times, with no luck, says it is disconnected. Terrible, used to be better! – I have used this company for years, and their labels "bright gold name labels" used to be a nice gold and writing legible. I always get the block style font and we use a few rolls of 500 each year. I have some remaining of the old ones and they are beautiful, the new replacements, yuk. They obviously have cut costs, and its not just these labels… Read more

but their plain ones as well, entire range quality has degraded, such a shame, now we will go elsewhere unfortunately as the labels are really hard to read. Like i said, they really used to be great. Not worth returning, not worth using lol....live and learn i guess, shame. Hopefully the xmas themed labels ive got on order are ok. Update: xmas themed arrived quality is so so, definitely not as nice as before but whatever you do stay away from the silver and gold backed labels they are all TRASH! Note that this company i have been advised has changed hands, this business is no longer under the same control and ths the reason why quality is not the same I have been advised by previous biz owner! Hopefully they can work on their quality, for now, i really and honestly cannot recommend this company for labels of any kind.

entered into mediation with the company. That "mediation" dragged on for a month with multiple apologies "for the delay in your order", promises, offers and an undertaking that I would have the order in two weeks, amongst other delaying responses. Absolutely nothing eventuated and eventually I again requested the order be cancelled. Finally, despite the previous advice that the order could not be cancelled as it was "already in production", the company agreed to cancel the order. I am still waiting for a refund. I so wish I had read the reviews and seen how many were so negative.

Australia post or freighters, and that unaware people who aren't living in the real world want to blame companies with good product for the world increased prices of freight and fuels instead of being happy with good products. I sincerely hope identity please brings back these valued mail return label rolls.

Personal labels – I have had these mail labels before and have run out of them. I find very useful to use when doing a large mail out. I ordered before reading the reviews here and I did get a bit worried about what I might be getting after reading some negative reviews, but it’s exactly what I ordered so I can’t complain. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE – I ordered a personalised netball for my daughters friend on 17 September. They exceeded the timeframe the website said for the order. I went back and forth with them trying to get answers around when it would be sent and kept getting ambiguous answers like “our warehouse will send it as soon as they get it”. offered a $20 store credit which was offensive because I was never planning on ordering there again and also they were offering $20 off all orders at the time anyway. Eventually they refunded $20 to my account. Fast forward to 13 December - still no ball, still no updates. Back and forth again trying to get answers and eventually get them to cancel the order. Now 30 December and the remaining credit still hasn’t been refunded to my account. Here go the back and forth emails with the first response clarifying that I’m waiting for the remaining $19.99 and the second response saying they can’t refund another $20 because I was offered a $20 credit on the order and I get to keep the order. The same order that has been CANCELLED. The absolute worst company and worst customer service I’ve ever come across. If you feel bored and want some stress in your life then definitely place an order and try communicating them about the whereabouts and order status. Disgraceful that this company is still in business. They are absolutely infuriating.

Personalised- but only if your child is white – Not offering personalisation for any child that doesn’t have fair skin is unsavoury. Then after cancelling the order the book was still sent and when I look inside it looks like a boy with red hair stars in my book for a little girl. Items received do not match the description – We ordered 3 personalised camp chairs for Christmas presents, in the one size. The chairs are supposed to be 80cm high. When received, the chairs are miniature and less than 60cm high, with the width and the seat smaller as well. My 3 year old doesn’t fit.
