Pretty terrible – I ordered an item. Two weeks later it had not even been shipped and they said it would take another 2-4 weeks to ship! No thanks. If you don't have the stock, don't advertise it for sale or at the very least inform the customer of the delay.
Do NOT order from this company! – This company has no way of being contacted. The "live chat" is never staffed. The "contact us" box messages are never returned. Emails go unanswered. They took the money and now they've disappeared. The worst online customer service I've ever encountered!

Inaccurate product description, will not resolve issue – I ordered two giant pillows with specific dimensions- they were described as giant with a photo of one in the arms of a person for perspective. Ever since I purchased my item I have had scamming emails, scamming telephone calls and scamming messages that will not go away!
I would not recommend anyone taking the chance of losing money with these guys or being scammed! From what i have ready they are not even Australian products thats just another gimmic of the horrid business.
I'll take my over $50 order loss and walk away but I just hope people read the bad reviews about this business before the purchase (i didnt). DO NOT take the chance of loosing money. If I had of known this I wouldn't have even given this business the benefit of the doubt or given them my money. They really need to be shut down there are enough scams in this day and age as it is without having sites like this.

was pretty good in my opinion. My family loves hanging outside on our new wicker set everyone is happy with this buy. The Android tablet arrived about 5 days later must have come from a different supplier. For $89 I didn't expect it to be as good as it is. Works fine was well packaged and my daughter now plays on it endlessly. Overall I have no hesitation recommending ikoala to onlibe shoppers. I haven't had any service issues and we're all pretty happy with our items. Yes I would shop with ikoala again and trust if I had a problem they would help me achieve the right resolution. maintained very good email correspondence about product shipment or delay, if there was a delay. Going on week 6 now. Not a word from ikOala and when I try to call, I received automated voicemail or line no longer in use. COVID or not, this delay with NO communication is not acceptable.

They spam you with emails even if you never sign up – I never signed up and suddenly receiving spam emails to an email address I last used in 2010. I don't know where they found my information - but to receive 4 emails in 24 hours from a company I never shopped with is pretty bad.
Pathetic – Still waiting on an order from over 3 weeks ago. It was meant to be despatched from Aus but I doubt it. Very disappointing especially as it stated on the website that the item is posted with 48hrs. Customer service did not seem interested in my enquiry & told me order will arrive soon.
Shoddy Goods – Bought a tablet cushion. When it eventually came..3 weeks later, the tablet cushion base padding was very thin and made of very light material. No wonder Australian businesses are going broke.
If you place an order online and they take your money straight away, how hard can it be to get the goods from the warehouse, package them up and put them into the mail? It should take no more than 48 hours.
Postage from Sydney to Adelaide should be two days at the most.
Won't be ordering from this lot again.

The money was refunded within a matter of hours. My advice is don’t order through IKoala and if waiting for a refund if you went through Paypal do it through them. Disappointed, very very poor service all round.
