I rarely leave bad reviews, but this one made me very angry. Really bad customer service. I wouldn't recommend using this company. I booked a car with them, but when I had to cancel due to a personal issue, they didn't refunded anything, not even 50% or 15% of what I paid. confirmation email. I understand that it's their policy, but because of this experience, I won't be using them again or recommending them to anyone.
Their cancellation policy shows zero flexibility. There are other companies with much fairer policies. At the end of the day, it should be a win-win. Don't forget that customers are also doing them a favour by helping relocate their cars.
We booked a 2 berth camper from Sydney to Perth at the last minute and the whole experience from start to finish was absolutely great. We could not have asked for a better experience. We really commend Imoova for their simple no fuss booking system. Show details · 1
I had a very disappointing experience with Simba Car Hire in Brisbane and would not rent from them again. I was told this was a “technical error” and that the excess would actually be $9,818. Despite my written confirmation from Imoova and Simba, they refused to provide the van under the conditions I had booked. The staff member at the counter called the branch manager after I asked for this to be reviewed, but the call was made in the back room where I could not hear the conversation. He then came back and said they would insist on the higher excess. What made the situation even worse was that they then tried to sell me additional insurance to cover the much higher excess. In my opinion, changing the rental conditions at pickup is completely unacceptable. I have rented cars many times with other companies and have never experienced something like this before. Another issue was the return in Cairns. I was told I would be charged an extra $129 if I returned the vehicle after business hours using the key drop box, even though this would have been before the end of my rental contract and even one day early. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Simba Car Hire. I found the whole process unfair and unprofessional.

Absolute wonderfull experiences as a pro driver. would recommend 100% . Back home after a 3500km across canada and already paid ( 2 days after finishing the trip) . The only thing is to have in mind that Imoova is in Autralia and if you are in canada like me, they have 14 hours lag. This was our first time ever renting an RV! Had a great time and we are now addicted and keeping an eye on Imoova for future opportunities. RV was great. Company was great. Only issue was the drop off. The map shows South of Denver Intl. But it isn't there. It's a $60 Lyft away. The address on Imoova was also a little funky and showed two different cities. We delivered a car from Sydney to Darwin over 10 days. The trip was fantastic, averaging 400km per day. Stayed in pubs and visited all the sights throughout outback Queensland and Northern Territory. Car was great, comfortable and economical. Booking and pickup were easy and convenient. Payment was easy, I'd recommend taking insurance as a precaution against outback wildlife. Great way to find oneway RV relocation deals. We did a move from the factory in Elkhart, IN (16 miles on odometer at pick up) and dropped RV at its first “home” in Salt Lake City (2794 odometer). keep the booking from being cancelled. My attempts to resolve were met with robo IM responses and emails to real person to Imoova indicated I needed to make contact with RoadSurfer. No phone numbers are available with either company. Chat IM and email were only ways to contact, it seemed. This issue was never resolved for me which was $30 NOT in my favor. In the big scheme of the trip, $30 is not too a big deal - but from the principle Imoova in $’s and RoadSurfer in Euro seems like a fix that should be made.

and no, they weren't). Stuck at the border for over two hours, the docs arrived by email. I asked a month prior, and at pick up. Was told I had everything. A day before I crossed the border, I sent two emails asking for a document, no response. When we were stuck at the border, they did work quickly to solve the problem. It didn't have to be that way. We lost a lot of time sitting at Canadian Customs needing Indie paperwork. But, even with that inconvenience, my wife and I want to do it again, a different route, of course! We were in a Family Select Thor Four Winds 21Z, a 24' Class C with a Ford chassis. Thirsty, but strong. As a couple we had a lot of room, we stayed at RV parks with full hook ups. First time ever in a self contained MH. Loved it!

Follow-up · Support is provided via WhatsApp and a QR code in the vehicle as user manual. The Camper was comfortable however the bathroom was very small, shower curtain sticks to you while trying to shower. The water leak we had made it a daily clean up operation as water leaked all over the floor while using shower/taps. The Camper drove great, however on start up a red light (oil can) and ping sounded which was annoying.

your team did I finally receive the booking email of 10th at 9.30pm sailing. I had separately booked same ferry tickets for my wife and disabled daughter. On 9th at 1:30 pm, received an email from Interisland that their sailing had been rescheduled to 2:15 pm on the 10th instead of 9:30 pm. However, Imoova did not inform me of any change to the ferry booking for the motorhome and driver. After landing in Christchurch at 1:15 pm on the 9th, I went to the Britz depot to try to collect the motorhome a day earlier (even with additional charges. because I was unsure about the ferry schedule. Later that evening I rang Imoova 8:45 pm, then Imoova informed me that the motorhome ferry booking had been moved to the 11th at 2:15 pm. This created serious confusion as my family and the motorhome had completely different ferry schedules. 10th morning I drove from Christchurch to Picton and reached ferry 1pm Because my disabled daughter requested that the family stay together as she needs carer, Interisland placed us on standby. Due to the stress and poor coordination, we could not enjoy the trip and had to return the motorhome one day earlier and travel back to Auckland early after wasting big money of flight/ Fuel/Accommodation/ time/ hassle. I have previously used Transfer car relocation services and never experienced such poor communication. This was my first time using Imoova, and despite paying the $49 booking fee, the service was very disappointing. the experience driving the van was good, the problem was that they gave us the wrong pick up places (30 minutes away) and the van had lot of small problems and one big (the fridge was not working) when you live in the car you need a functional fridge so that made our travel hard. Show details
The app is good but I had trouble with the car that was not working properly and I had to ask to be payed after completing the relocation. I hope they will improve the app with an automatic payment system and a review system for the rental company.
Exorbitant charges upon returning the motorhome for propane gas (double the price) and for residual liquid in the gray and black tanks ($75 per tank, while gas stations charge $10 for both). In the end, an unplanned loss of $170. Car from the company El Monte. Returned to an El Monte partner company.
