Still waiting on my bed which was ordered over 12 months ago for my unwell child.. was told it was on a shipping contained and I’d have updates once it hit our shores!!! And, crickets.. nothing. After attempting to contact these business owners, taking my hard earned money. I get nothing but an absolutely disappointed child, who is going through enough as it is.

RUN! DON'T RISK IT! Absolute scammers. Disgusting..I don't know how they are allowed to keep trading. Businesses like this should be forced to shut down!! They run "clearance sale" after clearance sale, to scam you into thinking you get a good deal.. then they take your money, and never deliver the goods. more and more excuses for the delays, but it never comes. Sadly, people often innocently wait, until which the delays mean they can't get their money back from the bank!! This is so cruel and unfair.

We were very lucky to get our money back through our bank, but that was only after alot of stress and hassle - not what anyone needs during pregnancy!

Don't risk it. They are totally unconscionable and should be closed down and forced to repay the thousands of parents they have stolen money from!!

due to how old the bed now was but after answering a couple of basic questions to make sure I had looked after their product correctly they had informed me they will be sending out my replacement bed. I thought i would have a bit of a wait until it arrived but another delightful surprise was that it arrived today. The whole process was an absolute breeze and I was met with amazing customer service and support every step of the way. Incy 100% stand by their products and warranties and I will be referring everyone else I know to them as I have already done for years but especially after this experience. Thank you again Plezi and the team. I am  forever a loyal incy lover and thank you for such refreshing customer service.

Beautiful rose gold bed – I ordered the rose gold eden bed and it is very high quality and was delivered with no issues. I bought a green bed in the same design years ago and now have the rose gold for my daughter. Very happy with Incy for both orders.

Quality products – Thank you so much for the beautiful furniture for our daughter's room - it looks fabulous. Beautiful, well made products with fantastic service.

This company continues to promise delivery of goods but never delivers. I believe they never have any intention of delivering goods whilst still continuing to sell items. Do not under any circumstance buy anything online from this company, you will not get it.

Scam!! Did not receive the side table I paid for as they said they had no stock left and then refused to refund my money and insisted I go through my bank. Bank denied their request and now they aren’t returning emails. So awful. Wish I saw all these reviews before hand

Scammers! Do not buy! – Scam of a company! I ordered a bed in July 2024 - it is now February 2025 and I never received the bed, they refused to refund and I had to request a charge back through my bank. Absolutely disgusting people stealing from hard working parents.

waiting for customs clearance and 3-4 weeks later still no shipment. This is almost 8 months after the order. I finally asked my husband to take over as my little one was about to turn 6 months and I was getting less and less sleep. And I did not need any additional stress from these guys. I was ready to go and get another cot when finally they shipped the cot and it arrived with a defect which honestly my husband after reading the length of emails between me and incy said, don’t bother with a replacement. My son is now one and the toddler conversion kit that was ordered as part of this order has never been shipped and we have never heard from Incy ever again. Please don’t order from this website. You’ll be better off going to a local crafter and getting something made, the cheap prices get you and I’m surprised that there are no negative reviews on the website itself. I feel that they just keep on removing those. I wonder what the process will be to get this investigated. And when does the law enforcement take an action. Cz there will be many people who have lost money to this company. And I forgot to mention that at one stage they even suspended my account so I could not complain through their portal anymore. I had to call and ask for it to be reactivated. I have left the same review on their website as well on the cot that I purschased(hide and seek). I’m fairly confident that it will not show on their website as all the people who left bad reviews here would have done the same there as well.

The cot itself however despite the defect is solid. It’s good quality. It’s a shame that the company delivering it is a scam.

product on sale, which feels misleading given they can't fulfill my original order. When I asked for a refund for my $700+ purchase, I was denied and only offered a store credit which is only valid whilst they are under the name INCY and they don't even have stock in their warehouse. This lack of transparency and accountability has turned what should have been an exciting experience into a frustrating ordeal. I strongly advise others to avoid this joke of a company! have ordered if I had known it would be this long. In August I was told I could have a refund and when I responded to confirm I'd like the refund they told me I couldn't have a refund. They said the bed is in stock but they are moving warehouses... I'm not sure why it takes 2 months to move warehouses? I have been offered a store credit, which I obviously don't want given they are closing down and I wouldn't want to wait another 12 months or more to receive goods. It sucks but I guess I won't see my money again. Maybe one day the bed will turn up.

Scam! – Wish it was possible to give ZERO stars. The absolute worst scam of a company and no idea how they are allowed to keep trading. Have been waiting a year for two beds, frequently being told they would be shipped “next week”. Reality is they owe hundreds of thousands to their holding warehouses and the stock has been liquidated and sold off. You will never get your item. The business is rude and completely dishonest.

to deal with it myself by disputing the payment via my bank. They were so unhelpful, said they couldn’t directly refund and the bank dispute process has only just rectified after 2 months and an initial rejected claim. I have NEVER experienced such a messy process to get a refund nor cold responses from customer service lacking any empathy when clearly they are in the wrong. All this trouble and stress with no product at the end.

My advice - don’t go near this company. Reading other reviews and from my personal experience it’s likely you will pay your money and receive no product, just help them with their cashflow problem.

mattress on the floor for months because we ordered a bed in December thinking we’d have plenty of time that my newborn will fit into her cosleeper. 8 months later, still no bed and our baby needed the crib. They have zero shame. They delete anything negative on their social media, and actually went through the aforementioned fb group and manually blocked every person who’s in the group on FB and insta. It’s the most wild experience I’ve ever had. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I will make sure to never buy anything from Tom Fitzpatrick or Kristy Lee Withers ever again.
