Would rate 0 if I could – Will never ever buy off Infasecure! Worst customer service ever! Dispatch time from buying product is too long. No notification of when being dispatched, no emails. Got told it would be dispatched a week ago, haven’t received it. Got told we’ll get it today! We’ll see about that. They change their stories to suit your answers, all lies really! Fast to get your money, and once it’s in their pockets, it’s all down hill from there. Show details

Buckle frayed under 4 years of use – We were really happy with this seat, it was easy to use and comfortable for our children. Unfortunately we just recently noticed that one side of the buckle had completely frayed there were only a few threads left, I feel very lucky that we noticed as it is underneath the seat. When we contacted Infasecure they were very friendly but the cost of… Read more

replacing the buckle is almost 50 percent of the original price. I won't be buying or recommending infasecure again.

Excellent car seat – We used the Infasecure Neon from birth for our now 3 year old. Our 3 year old has only just reached the markers to turn forward facing. Rear facing is a big deal to us because it’s safer. So to get that long rear facing out of a seat that is at the cheaper end of the market is impressive. The customer service from Infasecure is always excellent as well. They are always very helpful and responsive.

Infasecure Quinta Quantum – Very easy to install front and rear facing using either isofix or seatbelt. Baby is very comfy and the bamboo fabric is very breathable. Cleaning is a breeze with the cover easy to wash in the washing machine or spot clean using warm soapy water and a cloth. Note. The quinta quantum is exclusive to baby buntings and the cover is slightly different to the neon.

A very versatile car seat! – We found this car seat quite easy to install. Maybe the straps could do with being a little longer to attach to back of the seat in the car but we still managed it in our Kia Carnival alright. The padding is enough for the under one year olds with the extra inserts that is provided. We just use it for our Grandchildren so it is fine but Mums may… Read more

prefer more padding in a car seat for extra protection in an accident. But a another thing to consider is sometimes too much padding can make the child/baby sweat if the padding is right against their skin. For the bargain price of approx $150, when on special, I think they are a very good buy especially when they can be used facing forward and facing backwards so they can do from birth to approx 4 years of age! All up a great Buy!

Not good – It’s easy to install. If using it as rear facing its horrible can’t put the baby in it, as the strap is in the way. You have to left the baby higher, so if you have a sleeping baby trust me the baby will get up. Never got a red clip when purchased. I had to swap the first as the stitching was coming out with two months of buying it, I lost my receipt if not would have returned it and got another model.

Very Budget seat – very ridget unit, the plastic base even when tightly secure still slips abit. there is no grop on the bottom to stop it. the slide function to adjust is great and easy to use. the side feel really hard and doesnt appear to be very comfortable. will do for short term.

Good budget seat – This car seat serves its purpose, high rear facing markers and our babies easily got to 18 months rear facing in it. The seat design is rather bulky with the wings compared to our Maxi Cosi and Britax seats. Installation not as easy as some as th seat tends to sit quite upright in rear facing position so needed a fair bit of adjustment and a rolled up towel to get a nice fit. On the whole an excellent seat for the price point.

Didn’t get a fancy one, but happy – We were looking for something compact, lasts long, and didn’t have to spend fortune. Infasecure car seats are all narrow compact design and cheaper than other brands. We were considering 0 to 8 years fancy model, but weren’t sure that if the requirements wouldn’t change in 8 years or not. This model is so cheap (less than $200), even… Read more

if we buy another car seat in 4 years, it wouldn’t cost more than fancy model. And anyway, it will be disgusting with baby in 4 years.

By the way, we have Honda hrv. Installing is fine but narrow seat design didn’t work well because the seat shape in the car.. Middle back seat (which is just a small space between 2 back seats) is a bit higher than the rest. If you put infasecure car seat behind drivers seat, it would take whole 1 seat coz it has to be in the center of the seat and wouldn’t give the middle seat much space.

If you are a skinny lady or kid, 2 of you can fit in the back seat “neatly”, but otherwise just a car seat and 1 adult are enough.

My 2 months old baby likes this and sleeps in there. Does job even if its cheap. Great.

Absolutely love!! – So very easy to install and convert from rear to forward facing. Easily to clean if something is spilt or child is sick. Comfortable padding which is easily removed for cleaning. One of the best safety rated chair in Australia and for such an inexpensive price. I would recommend this seat to everyone

Obsessed!! – This is the best car seat around. Used from birth and stil using it now my boy is 3, it is lightweight and super easy to install. It adjusts in ways that you can keep your child in it until they are 4 years old. Also love the colours and it's easy to wash. Good pricing too.

Comfortable, easy, narrow – We were specifically looking for a narrow car seat for a small sedan. The Neon is one of the narrowest on the market that is still great quality and safe. It is extremely easy to install for both front and rearward facing. The materials of the chair are easy to clean and the seat is easy to use. The price is very reasonable also.

Perfect comfort - perfect seat – This seat was easy enough for us to install, it's so easy to adjust and can be front facing or rear facing. Our baby sleeps fine in it, at first she didnt like it, but she looks comfortable. This seat is easy to clean, the material is soft and storage in its own box is perfect. This seat is amazing value, nice and stylish for all cars.

Good child car seat – Good valuable for money. Conforms to the Australian standards and is of good quality. Its suitable for children up to 4 years and is comfortable with good cushoning. Easy to install even if no installation guide is available. Overall would recommend this to anyone looking to buy a child car seat.

Great budget car seat – Seat was easy to install , baby is very comfortable in seat ,in fact , sleeps in it quite easily , seat is easy to clean . Warranty coverage for this seat was excellent as repairs to the seatbelts were required due to fraying around the belt plate underneath. Overall , the seat is highly recommended .

Best budget carseat! – We purchased this seat for our then 15 month old when the Safe N Sound one we had didn't fit our car forward facing. Have since used it for him and our now 2yo. Love the simple install, with the single belt path for both rear and forward facing. I've removed and reinstalled it many times and each time I can get the same solid installation. It's… Read more

got really tall height markers, which is great for my tall boys. Although my 2yo will outgrow it within the next 6 months, the newer version is slightly taller. Loved the insert for when my 2yo was a newborn, kept him snuggled without overwhelming him. And for $170-180, it's an awesome seat for those budget-conscious families like ours.

Best baby seat ever – This seat is so simple and easy to install, takes under 3 minutes and installs rock solid. It is great for extended rear facing, my son very comfortably rear faced in the seat until he was 2.5 years old. Affordable Quality Carseat – I work in the field of \child \protection, so all carseats we use must meet Australian safety standards. When we are continually putting carseats in and out of vehicles, they must not only be safe, but easy to fit and more importantly easy to adjust. The InfaSecure Neon is all of these things. On top of that it is a hard wearing, durable carseat that beautifully supports the needs of the 0-4 year age group.

Fantastic Seat – I have been using this seat since my daughter was about 8-ish months old, rear facing in it till she was 2 and a half. She's now almost 4 and its still great. So easy to pop in and out of different cars, so simple to take the cover off and wash it, (kids are MESSY!) and super comfortable for bub. Would definitely get another if I were to have another child.

Fantastic i don't have any concerns about my child's safety – This car seat was easy to install, so much safety padding, the height is great my child doesn't lean forward when he sleeps, the safety belts are great easy to adjust and move as bub grows. I would highly recommend this car seat and it changes as bub grows. Love it .

Great budget baby restraint! – Easily installed, and very generous fitting for rear facing installation, and can hold a child rear facing for extended periods. This seat is quite slim line, allowing for multiple seats to be installed and used. The fabric is very durable, and hasn't faded even after 3 years in a very hot climate. Very easy to determine when to turn the seat, and adjustment of the harness is quite easy. Also, wonderful support on the infasecure Facebook page.

Faulty buckle, loose straps – I recently turned my daughter who is 2 years & 6 months to forward facing. The anchor straps are loose and can't be tightened (anymore) causing the seat to sway side to side, when driving. The right strap does not sit completely flat across her stomach as it's twisted from the manufacturing. Unfortunately I don't remember when I bought this seat… Read more

and never registered the warranty. Considering just throwing the seat away if the issue of the loose straps can't be fixed - highly unsafe.

I bought it after reading great views but I'm so disappointed and wish I could get my money back!

Seat belt comes undone – I thought it was just me but guess not. I do to have the same problem with my daughter car seat, where her seat belt will just come undone. I find that very unsafe and that worries me and I have only had the car seat for 18 months. I'm expecting again so I would like to find one that is very compact as I don't have much room.

Excellent Value and Safety features – I spent a long time researching car seats before taking the plunge. I was going to get a Safe & Sound seat but just couldn't justify the price (over $500.00 when not on sale). I was able to buy the Neon Create on sale at Big W, I also purchased the additional inserts (sadly not on sale). One of the best priced A2 style seats available, in my… Read more

opinion. I found installing a breeze (read the manual people, it there for a reason!) I also used Youtube as a guide. I also liked the idea of registering my seat with Infa Secure and knowing it has a warranty should anything go wrong. Infa Secure were very prompt with emailing me to confirm the registration, and even answered a few of my questions via face book very promptly. My daughter is 1, she is under the RF turn marker and will be for some time. I have only owned the seat a few weeks but I already look forward to using this seat for years to come.

losing straps!! – Had it for just 2 and half years and the straps loosen while driving! Very unsafe with my 19 month old just had to buy her a new carseat because they would loosen up and she could get herself out of the straps. Things like this should be checked over a few times before sale. :(

Great large seat – We own 3 of these seats. Both of my girls are tall for their age and fit great in them. We kept my little one rear facing until she was almost 2. My oldest is just about 4 and still has room to grow. The seats aren't fancy but do the job perfectly. Neither of my children have ever complained of being uncomfortable. The seats can recline a bit so this helps the girls fall asleep more easily without their head falling forward.

Cheap! – This seat was so hard, and felt uncomfortable, my daughter hated it and she outgrew the rear facing at 6 months. Getting a new born in and out was awful as we had a smaller car at the time I had to loosen the tether… Read more

Ok and cheap – This is the first car seat I bought. The seat is a bit big for my car but it comfy and wide for my bub.
