Gone down hill – When our small business first joined up with Infiniti everything was great, even dealt with English speaking Techos etc. We have had ongoing issues for months and months now, each Techo has a different name, a different accent which makes them hard to understand at times. the whole phone system back to them to check; and this goes around and around as I get a new Tech to speak with. Happily debit your account each month but when you make a request ie: new handset etc no one wants to respond. We actually don't have any service with them at the moment, our handset is diverted to one of our mobiles and has been for some time luckily, as the handset says network unavailable, been like that since Jan 2022. Generic emails come if you miss a call from them. When you respond to those emails they obviously don't read them properly as no one ever responds to your question/comments. Often when they phone you it rings twice then they hang up and send another email claiming they have been trying ever so hard to get in contact. We are fed up with being told troubleshooting needs to go further. The service provided both Techo and Phone is NIL, the hardware is plastic-y, looking at changing provider, just reading up on options now; HOPEFULLY we can find a better service soon

Business phones have been down for over 24 hours – Have tried contacting the technical department now at different times over the last 24 hours. I have been on hold now for a total of 4 hours over 3 phone calls and no one ever answers. Funny how the sales team answers in 30 seconds. My advice avoid the company. Show details

the best PBX for our business. The were competitively priced. Even down to the little things like cable management, they just aced it. Infiniti even mailed out a USB drive in advance with our config on it in case a different service tech arrived on the install day.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have to pinch myself... am I dreaming? Or is Infiniti really in the Telecommunications industry?

The best part is it seems to be cultural thing, not just reliant on a single super employee. The entire Infiniti team is like that. From reception, account managers, to the amazing service techs. Shout out to Garath, Carlos, Scott, Darryn, and Elizabeth. Thank you!

Finally, if Infiniti recommend using SpringCom as a Telco provider, do it. They are equally as helpful and professional. Thanks to Jon for the many hours of hand holding.

I have NEVER experienced such wonderful customer service from another services industry. Keep it going!

Awesome response time and support!! – Our business phone system and we were unable to receive or make calls externally. We weren't even able to call internally. It was well after 5pm, but to my surprise someone actually answered the phone. I was advised to send an email through and someone from Infiniti would contact me the next day. I thought..."ok, whatever"

At approximately 905am the very next morning, I received a call from Infiniti who walked me through what needed to be done, which was basically a reboot of our system. I was on the phone with them for 30 or so minutes, got the business done and.......no charge!!

We intend to use Infiniti as our 'trouble shooter techy' from now on. I recommend this company because of their service, their response time and professional manner in which they conducted themselves with us.

SpringCom to be very professional with their follow ups and updates on their progress. I also found them ethical because they apply credits back to my account since my numbers have not been ported from COMMANDER (as long as I don't use the phones to call out) - which was a fair and reasonable practice to do. Their VOIP rates were slightly dearer than the competitors but compared with the ISDN platform (that I have been paying), it was half the price - so I am happy. Furthermore, after being burnt by a company offering cheap rates e.g Commander, I would analyse a Telco company closely before signing a 24 months contract. I have signed the Contract with SpringCom early this year, but only officially commence the service in April due to Porting issues. so far, no problem and no complaint and I believe it is due to their customer support - which I found most of them to be competent, well trained and has great communication skills. 5 Stars! now hoping they can keep up with the good work!

Update: 9/7/19 Their Level 1 support has been offshored, and their call center consultants may not understand your needs and they may even communicate your needs/ requests differently to their Level 2 tech support. Hence, if you're the boss of the company, you may be frustrated having to explain in simple terms your phone issues. After 8-10 mins on the phone they will then decide to divert you to Level 2 support (based in Australia), your requests would then be resolved.

status (no pro active after sales follow up). We have now had contact with Telstra, AAPT, Springcom and Infiniti, each of whom points the finger to another party. Zero support from the sales team at Infiniti who have passed the job on to a subsidiary, Springcom.

Prompt customer service! – Our phone system control box blew up on Tuesday at lunchtime in Melbourne. A new part was ordered from Sydney and was installed and back running by Thursday afternoon. I couldn't be happier with the service response. Darren the engineer squeezed our job into his day, and nothing was too difficult for him. We don't even have a service contract and the system is years old. Neither of these things were a problem.

When my regular company was no help Infiniti fixed the issue – Hi, I had a technical issue with my telephone system that they seemed incapable of fixing. Infiniti had a technician with me within about 24 hours and the issues was solved very quickly after that. They were very helpful and friendly to deal with.

Improved services – After an initial frustrating period with the waiting and technical aspects of the phone installation, we have finally resolved the matter! As Infiniti staff have eventually addressed my concerns, I am reversing my initial comments to reflect the improvement, and hence rating changed positively. Hoping that future services (especially with transition to NBN in the near future) will remain smooth. Further updates will be given accordingly.

Sending a Technician V's Salesperson....Tech knows whats needed not trying to Sell whats NOT needed! – Really happy with the new system and very impressed with the Technician Scott that did our initial site inspection and then completed the installation. He made sure we understood how to use the system and didn't leave until all handsets where active testing them all. Really happy with the service provided.
