unit to get the printer working again and get rid of the 'Replace Waste Toner Box' message on the printer. I had to search the internet several times and try several suggested fixes before I opened up part of the waste box and fiddled with some connection plates/sensors that one online techo suggested to get the 'compatible' box to be recognised by the printer. Finally got my printer to work again. Not happy with the install issues!

Printer accepted Ink Depot cartridges ok, Brother Printer Utilities did note they were not genuine but yes they are printing ok. For those wanting to save money then use Ink Depot. Time will tell if print heads stay good.

The communication from this company was excellent. They kept me updated when there was a delay in sending my order; however, despite the delay, it still arrived very quickly. Not only did they deliver to my satisfaction, but they also followed up call to make sure I didn’t forget that my package was waiting for me at the Business Depot. Great Process Ink Depot!!

delivered the following day indicating that a signature would be required. As a result the product was not delivered as planned instead I had to go and join the queue at the PO the day after to collect the day after the planned delivery. Otherwise the product appeared fine when collected and unpacked.

Poor quality ink cartridges – Have used these for a while now but have found the most recent batch to be terrible quality. Despite cleaning the print head etc they continue to leave ink splotches all over the page and ink colour is patchy. Won't be using them any more

Terrible After Sales Service – We ordered an original brand ink cartridge from Ink Depot and when it arrived it only half filled our printer even though HP say it should fill the printer. When I contacted them they refused to even consider a refund because I couldn't supply the cartridge even though HP say it should be recycled with the supplied envelope immediately. was an arrogant email with a link to their returns policy page. Consumer law says it is faulty and they have to replace it whether I can supply a cartridge or not but they don't care. There are lots of businesses supplying ink cartridges so pick one that backs up their products not Ink Depot who leave you hanging. Terrible company

I ordered rainforest disinfectant but was delivered vanilla & lavender. It was delivered the day after I ordered so I’m really impressed with that. Both aromas are lovely so I’m not complaining, I love this brand and highly recommend it.
