Very slow exchange time. Original order arrived within 1 week. I returned the items for an exchange. They have now had the returned items for 2 weeks and 1 day. I called today to ask where they were to be told they have been processed and will take up to another 2 weeks. Very unhappy with slow service. They clearly state that exchange will be processed upon return.

Tried to put an order through twice,called again to find out where the order was,phone staff are rude,unhelpful & dont seem to care regarding sales. I gave up & wont be attempting to purchase from them again

This year, however, all colours are low on stock, many having none at all in my size. I emailed to see when and if they'd be available. Innovations reply? We have no idea, it's up to the suppliers!

Since when do suppliers decide when and if they're going to supply something to a buyer? OBVIOUSLY a buyer at Innovations would know things like, for example, what they'd ordered from the suppliers, and I asked Customer Service for the contact details of a buyer who would be able to help me with my enquiry. I'd have thought they would automatically have at least liaise internally to get an answer, but they almost seem scared of any other Innovations workers, calling them “higher ups“ as if that means they can't be disturbed by enquiries from pesky customers!

If Customer Service provision depends entirely on what individual officers know, it's no wonder they're going down the gurgler.

Tey are a great company to deal with. always the item(s) ordered arrive in good condition and within a few days usually, particularly when sent via Austrtalia Post.

As described. Arrived in good time. The wheels makes it easy to manoeuvre. Was easy to assemble. Haven't needed to use it as yet as the wet weather has eased up.

Recently purchased two sweaters from Innovations. One on sale, in blue, with long sleeves and detail on the upper front with a short zipper as well. Lovely and soft and perfect for chilly days. the item as well for $10 less. There were no dimensions of my item and the clever photography totally distorted the real size of the item. The item I received was at least twice smaller than I expected. They tell me I am a VIP member thanks to my past business but I still paid $17 for delivery of 2 items that probaly had the same weight of the envelope and bubble warp they were in. An abolsute rip off.

Ordered set of white nesting tables. Paint was flaked on white screws making them black in colour. One leg needed replacing. Pathetic communication. No customer service. First and last time I will purchase from this company. Show details

I wanted to leave a review, warning customers about the useless portable garden shed I purchased. Their written description was not what the manufactures description was. My complaint is that I was unable to leave a review, even though 10 other women had been able to favorably review the product.

I have been shopping with Innovations for decades now and without a doubt they are a fantastic place to shop for so many things. They sell a great range of products from household and garden items as well as pet needs, craft, clothing, shoes and entertainment. one back using a reply paid number they gave me but wasn't asked to send the 2nd one back. I can't complain about the customer service from Innovations as they have been very obliging.

Its very pretty and it suits my needs as a 4 person dinner set, which looks very nice and cheery on my table. The set was well packed, and had no breakages, the price was good also, I can recommend the dinner set very well.

quickly provided a complicated return address, insisting that I cover the postage costs, even though the products were faulty. This has been a disappointing experience.

DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE – Made a single purchase from an internet ad and now apparently I have an “account” and receive catalogues in the mail, despite calling up and asking for catalogues not to be sent. Oh and my account can never be closed apparently. Don’t make a purchase, once these guys have your details you can never opt out of their marketing. And who know who they sell your info to.

Great service as usual – Great quality pillow cases and great service as always from Innovations people. I thought the bedspread would have pillow cases included...in the past this was the case, but they were here after two weeks of ordering.

Poor service – Have purchased from Innovations for years without a problem. Something has changed over recent months. Purchased portable storage shed that leaked. chopper that arrived without the USB charger. On telephoning Innovations to have it sent out was advised it would take 4-6 weeks. I returned the item requesting a refund, which took 2 weeks. Never again.

Frusterated – I am still waiting on an order i placed weeks ago all they have is exusses after exucess as to why it hasnt been delivered yet once it arrives i will never ever ecer purches an item from this company ever again and will never recomend anybody purches itmes from this site
