coursework.... still no qualifications after all these years. This sort of behaviour can set people back YEARS if they have financial and personal hardship to follow. UNREWARDED TIME MONEY EFFORT. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Inspire Education – Still waiting for the refund, said will update students by January about refund its April still nothing. Can't even contact anyone. Refund our money, not a small sum.

Disgusted beyond words! – These scammers sold me a course on 28 September 2022 when they would have been well aware they were trading insolvent / going into liquidation two weeks later. This joint was partially operating out of the Philippines (check their LinkedIn page on employees). The owner appears to be a director of 360RTO Solutions as well, beware!

Cert IV Work Health and Safety – I did the course Online. Although the course covered the required content, it was not well planned and the assessments do not align with industry practises. (especially in Subject 3) that required presentations with participation from large groups of people that required scripting. As I needed to do a GAP course as well, it was unclear as to what subject they were to be done in.

RPL process was too hard to complete meaning I repeated work that I had already done at Uni in Risk Management. It must be presented in the way they want it with no common sense used to find evidence of understanding in other assessment forms. Plus, the need to prove that you have had conversations with others is impossible as there is no need in the workplace to record such things, or keep email threads (if there even was one) to prove it occurred.

1 of the trainers was FANTASTIC but the other left confusing comments on assessments. There is no tolerance in the marking so you must get 100% (you do get opportunities to re-submit to ensure this occurs).

Overall, the course was ok but not one I'd highly recommend.

Inspired ,now to train – It took a while to fully navigate what was available to assist in the self paced learning. helped greatly when it came time to the assessment tasks. I learnt that booking trainer calls had to be a regular occurrence, even if the week you book you’re going good,next week you may need help and the time frames for accessing an appointment can be over a week away. Another quick avenue for getting a response was the chat option. I also reviewed other learners queries in the forum,and found some solutions there as well. Self paced learning did suit me , but it also requires commitment and a timetable. Overall I completed my course in the set time of 12 months and found when I did have verbal interaction the trainers were friendly and helpful . Thanks Inspire, I have already put my learning to work with a local RTO.

like the Student Hub, the suite of resources and ability to book trainer calls when needed ensure distance learners are well supported. The trainers are always willing to help and easy to talk to. Though the training aspect is good, I have found student services the only drawback to my Inspired - I've found them hard to get hold of at times. This said, the interactions I have had with SS were always helpful and professional. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Inspired Education especially for parents/working professionals like myself, who need to study flexibly around kids and work and can't commit to regular class based training (like TAFE).

Brilliant delivery! Had the best trainer too! Working online and in a group setting was best for me. Highly recommend! – The course was intensive but easily achievable. Brilliant made my TAE inclusive and enjoyable – I was very satisfied with my TAE course that I completed, support was there if I needed it and was easy to arrange time with a trainer. I definitely think had I not chosen the online classes option for my studies I would still be going. Show reply

Certificate III educator. Bachelor students doing their placement at my Service were doing less work than I was. Course materials were repetitive, poorly worded and confusing.

Assessments took over 6 weeks to mark, and were returned as "not yet complete", even if 95% of answers were correct.

I have lost my money, countless hours of study, and over a hundred hours of unpaid placement.

Total scam – Was a paying student of this school during 2020 coved 19 lockdown, cert iv training and assessment Not once did the hold online classes via zoom or something similar All they supplied was a rubbish online work book which could have been downloaded from anywhere So glad this school has shut down, places like this should not be allowed to operate in Australia

DO NOT USE – We were called daily to enrol into the course by [Name Removed] i paid the amount due for the WH& S course and have had no contact since 5/10, Company has apparently shut down without notification. Shame on the owners of Inspire Education – Well now it all makes sense. After weeks of waiting for a response from Student Services to my extension request, yesterday I learned (from this site) that Inspire Education has folded. Couldn't sleep last night thinking of the $$$ I've wasted and kicking myself that I didn't bail when I twigged they were operating out of the Philippines. This morning I lodged a complaint with ASQA.

Worst – I have enrolled in certificate IV on 29th September and now they don’t even pick the call idk the reason why they didn’t even reply now I feel very bad it’s just wastage of time or may be they are fraud.

Incredibly difficult to complete a course – Inspire Education in my course failed to explain the ridiculous amount of assessments. They are not assessing what really matters and consistently made the course too complicated. It is not actually a difficult topic but the way they design assessments is extremely painful.

Awful course Layout – The website UI looks the part but is needlessly confusing, the layout is clunky and the information you need to complete your course is down in subjects not along side or with the assessments. have been working nights for the past 5 months it can be hard to find the time or motivation, but don’t worry they extend the course every month for only $120. The only course provider I’ve known to charge for extensions and I have done three courses and needed and extension for one. Find another course provider these guy’s aren’t it.

Wouldn’t recommend! Terrible – Right from the very start it was a terrible experience. It is soo hard to communicate to anyone and if you did communicate with someone each time it would be a different person and you would have to explain 100 times over until you got to someone that can actually help! Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – I completed the upgrade course in the 4 day face to face workshop. The trainer was awesome and very knowledgeable. I found it so much easier doing it face to face with only a little bit of online course work to do then doing it all online. Show reply

Great course – I did the distance course. I was happy to study at my own pace. The course was easy to understand, there was some things I needed help for. Only issue I found was learners are not assigned to one trainer, but many, therefore information between the trainers are different and not consistent. Show reply

Simple admin has cost me a fortune in time, at the least – Re the Cert IV Training & Assessment course online - INCONSISTENT INFO. to work out what to do and then realising he has sent the same wrong form THREE TIMES. Because there were consequently so many misunderstandings, this went up the chain in the RTO I work in (my 'placement') which was embarrassing to say the least. Spelling mistakes throughout. Never again.

If you want that then just cancel online, and other institute who gave same facility doesnot require, so my question if need to show video then why told to do course from some one paying. Met my needs and some – I enrolled in the Cert IV T & A Gap Training. The training I received was well presented and was easy to get a grasp on. The content was applicable to the assessment that followed. My trainer had some of his own tools that made the material more relevant and easy to understand.
