were quite pleasantly surprised at the level of quality and details the house was finished. Even areas which are not visible were well finished.

Of course it wasn’t perfect. There was a lack of communication during the design phase, it was past the contract deadline and there were few other small problems. But due to the government’s builders grants, interstate migration and changes caused by covid, SE QLD has gone through big building boom, so this was somewhat understandable.

If you are looking for a large builder with their flashy design studios, glossy brochures and a lot of hidden costs, this might not be your ideal builder. They might have rather modest studio and marketing, but they know how to build well, can offer you a great deal of flexibility and changes to the design. They are OK to use fixtures and fittings you may find yourself. They were able to implement changes even late in the building process and some of them at no extra costs. During pre handover we found a number of problems, mostly small touchups. They fixed 95% of them before handover and informed us which ones they couldn’t fix and would be fixed during the warranty period.

We are quite happy and relieved with the finished product and the level of finishes. Even small details like folder with all manuals and info, gift basket and a welcome ribbon were provided after it was completed. If we build again in the future and it’s in the area they operate, we definitely would use them again.

excellent guide through the process of selecting our preferred design and pricing up the options. We were kept up to date with progress through weekly progress reports from Lorie, our Client Support Officer, who was also available by phone or email for discussion on any issues or concerns that arose. Stu, the Building Supervisor, was always willing to make himself available for a walk-through, or, to discuss issues that arose during construction. At no stage did we have cause to reflect on whether or not a progress payment should be withheld for any reason. The people we dealt with, the timely progress of our build and the seamless approach of having Integrale do it all - the house, the pool, the landscaping, the neighbouring Lot owner interactions, the Stockland and Council approvals. Any issues or concerns that arose were quickly and satisfactorily dealt with. The date we were given at the start of the construction process, was the date that we moved in - well done the Integrale Team! The handover process practised by Integrale is a first class experience. It made us both feel really special and valued as customers of Integrale. It was a lovely and surprising touch to the end of the process.

The team that looked after our build were well managed, communicated well with us and were very prompt with their responses to our emails. Any issues we had were minor and dealt with straight away. do not build with integrale – I unfortunately went with integarle homes it started out well but ended badly. There communication was good that's about all I can say. They sent out the wrong plans to the builders then refused to accept any fault even when you point out to them the dates the changes were made and signed off on .To there credit they put the correct colour kitchen… Read more

in on the second go . They have also left me with a bowed wall in my brand new house which they won't fix and are not complied to by the QBCC yet another useless government department. They could fix it but they don't care once they have your money they don't want to know you. NO brand new house should have a bowed wall it reeks of poor quality materials or poor quality builders in the end I would Never recommend integrale homes to anyone .

Do not build through Integrale! – They are only about money! Customer service is non existent. Demand final payment before turfing, gardens, rocks down the side, filter for pool, front door handle wasn’t on and back door didn’t even have handle. The bank offered to settle the finished work amount and then I pay the difference of around 6k so that we can move in but they didn’t want to help at all. I even spoke to the director / owner who said that they stand by their contract and they don’t have to finish the work until they get final payment ? They wouldn’t even let us put the stuff in the garage. They are absolutely not interested in helping when they make mistakes, DO NOT USE them!!!

Minimum rating for minimum service – They do the minimum to comply with regs so the minimum review, nearly everything is ok just ,apart from after handover you are on your own if there is an issue that could cost integrale money be prepared to fight in court has they won't accept responsibility for anything Show details

builder I’ve ever dealt with. After living in our home for 18 months, that opinion has only been reinforced. Various tradespeople who have visited the property often comment on the poor workmanship they see elsewhere and consistently point out that Integrale’s work exceeds standard building practice. Are they perfect? That depends on what you want. If you’re looking for a fully custom home, they can be quite restrictive in what they’re willing to do. They even declined to build on one block of land I had chosen. It’s clear they have a methodology and standard they prefer not to deviate from — but in my experience, that consistency is exactly why the end result is so good. The workmanship in the home they built for us is the best I’ve ever had. At the 12‑month mark, a few minor cosmetic issues appeared, as they do in any new home. Integrale didn’t question a single item I raised. Every small paint crack and blemish was fixed promptly — even a full year after handover. From the initial sales team to the office staff, tradies, and maintenance crew, we haven’t had a single negative experience with anyone involved. Would we build with Integrale Homes again? Absolutely.

Beautiful Home – Getting to contract was quick and easy.Once the contract was signed the build proceeded fairly quickly and efficently with no hold ups. I didnt realise that blinds were not included for the sliding doors but this was easily rectified. The cost was as quoted in the beggining.
