as possible. He is also willing to listen and consider ideas from others (many builders do not have this ability). Don's brother Scott has largely built the home himself with he and Don managing the other trades efficiently. Shane Hearps at INH head office was thorough and helpful at the front end of the job, so we had very few variations throughout the project. Being a tri/split-level home with high, raked ceilings, it was not a simple job but will be completed on time and on budget. I would definitely work with these guys again and recommend INH Central Coast without reservation.

Architectural designed homes - hard to achieve – Well we are soon to move into our new home so I thought I would share some moments. project homes which are generally narrow and the site too narrow for homestead style homes. This led to the need to customise a home. We met and tried one local builder who consumed a couple of months and made a mess of the design. So we tried another builder representing architecturally designed homes as an option. They offered a free concept design service with a leading architect. We gave them a go but they made an absolute mess of the design process so we exited this engagement. A competing building company referred us to Integrity New Homes where we found the sales staff friendly and helpful. I purchased some CAD software and with input from my wife drafted a concept design. Integrity designers took that concept and drafted a beautiful arrangement and we were captivated. Although a little shocked in pricing of this unique architecturally designed home we proceeded to contract with Integrity. After a slow start in DA stage we started construction in late July 2014. The first Project Manager let us down somewhat but the business owner stepped in and accelerated construction. A new Project Manager was appointed in January 2015 who took a great deal of care on quality and kept the site safe and tidy. Integrity took responsibility, without argument, on any quality issues that may have been presented and took remedial action where required. They were very accommodating of owner site visits and owner engaged trades, contrary to the approach of many other builders. The finishing trades were excellent and a high quality result has been achieved. Integrity were also transparent and honest on the issues of variations and we did not have any issues in resolving cost issues.

All in all I would say, although the engagement was not always smooth riding, they found the right design solutions, corrected quality issues without argument, completed in a reasonable amount of time (ahead of contract dates) and cared for the job along the way. The main issue for improvement would be communicating with the customer on progress and upcoming works on a more regular basis.

3 units – We built 3 units and have been extremely happy with the speed and finishes. Every query I had was addressed in a timely and professional manner and all the trades were a delight. exceptions, the whole process a great experience and have recommended Integrity to friends who want to build. Quality of workmanship First home builders could have a little more follow-up and an explanation of "building language" would be helpful.

our questions and concerns were rectified and communicated back to us in a very quick time frame. We were very involved and kept in the loop during the build which helped us to understand and take away allot of the anxiety that comes with building your first home. We would not have a problem recommending integrity as a builder to anyone. The flexibility with incorporating our ideas and personality into a custom build. charge a fortune. Enter Integrity New Homes!!! Wow..They simply said...yes..they designed a house to suit the block, they overcame the slope and other issues with the build. Nothing was too hard. The salesman took the time to work through the issues from the beginning. He wasn't an order taker like the other so called builders, he was a problem solver. I doubt many other salesmen would have invested the time that was need for my job.

After the contract was signed the estimator and project manager assigned to my job were true professionals. Communication was unbelievable and little problems were solved on the spot. The best part was that they were $70,000 cheaper than the other custom builders. Integrity New Homes is a true building company. ...I don't need to say anything more!!!!!! Can Do Attitude, True Builders and Fair Dinkum Designs took a few weeks longer than expected (but it was worth it in the end)
