build in a timely manner and in a time when sourcing materials and tradesmen was very difficult. After signing up, there was a few months waiting for steel, but apart from that, our home was completed within 8 months of start of building. The house is built to a very high standard, and it shows in all areas of the build. I could not has wished for a more considerate and understanding constructor than Morgan. This house has been built on one of the worst blocks of land in town and he has just got on with the job and coped amazingly. Integrity New Homes gave me the original quote for this build and there has not been any deviation from that price at all. They have stayed true to the quote. I cannot sing my praises too high for this Builder and his company. I saw on another review that the writer called Morgan Burger, Millimeter Morgan, well, we have called him MICRO millimeter Morgan, he is so precise in all he does. I am one very satisfied and happy client and cannot recommend Morgan and Integrity New Homes Geraldton highly enough.
