Returning Policy – I bought 2 wall lights for $400 but didn't fit in my place asked for refund after 2 days from receiving the product. I been told to pay: estocking fee - $40 Admin Fee - $40 Delivery charge to you - $40 Total taken off store credit = $120 and the remaining is store credit. No customer service never again. Buyer Beware – Purchased three items worth almost $1,000 and have only received two of the items (2 rattan chairs). One of the chairs is faulty (one leg shorter than the other three legs, causing it to wobble), and both chairs bow when sat upon, and then 'bounce up' when getting up which make them unstable, and thus do not function as chairs should function. … Read more

Tried the Product Review mediation process, whereby I provided my order number which is visible to Interiors Online, only for them to respond with 'please provide your order number', which I did again, and have heard nothing since then. Have called two different phone numbers for the business, both of which ring out. Have e-mailed several times, in accordance with their returns process, to two different e-mail addresses, but I do not get a reply. I still haven't received the third item and Interiors Online will not provide any information as to when it is to arrive or shipping arrangements.

the items were returned, difficult as they had not been delivered in the first place. Then instructed I would have to pay for the return again not on ! Asked for a full refund, they responded that they would that day. I supplied my bank details. No refund, so I place a claim with the Department of Fair Trading. Looks like a SCAM to me....

this and why it had sat there since the 8th October I received all the excuses in the world I was advised by I think a Manager not to speak to the staff in the way I had....all I said after all of the excuses was to go away I wasn't interested.....at no point was there an apology only a deflection to their supplier....very disappointing and my Ottoman was delivered today and is not what I was expecting the colour is a disappointment...DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY the happiness of their customers is not a priority...

as despite buying them in June 2021 it took a while ( 3 weeks) to receive them so did not even had them for a year! will never ever buy from them. Very disappointed!

Do not order from Interiors Online! – I paid $1,139 for the Aaron Swivel Chair Antique Ebony desk chair that was of such poor quality, it was unusable (no padding and caused back problems within 20 minutes). I attempted to return but was shut down with extremely poor sales support. Be sure you like the product you buy as it's to their discretion whether they accept a return or store credit. I will never purchase from this site again and urge caution. Don't be in my position!! Show details

Worth the wait – Due to Covid I waited a long time for my Haven Bell Pendant lights as they come from India and at one point after being notified of another delay, I commented "One day they'll be hanging in my kitchen and I know I'll think "they were worth waiting for!"" Great service – I ordered two lamps from Interiors Online. When they arrived, one of the lamp shades was badly damaged as the box it was in had been damaged. I emailed the company on the same day and sent the pictures of the damaged shade. Within a week I had received a new lamp shade! I can’t believe how simple and easy this process was. contacted asap by the supplier to arrange. After 5 follow up emails and one phonecall, the chairs were finally collected on 9th February 23 - by this time 5 out of the 8 chairs were broken - they are dangerous. The transport workers described them as "rubbish". No refund has been provided. They now don't answer the phone, you leave a message that no one replies to. I have made numerous phonecalls and sent 4 emails - all of which have been ignored. I have now contacted South Australian Consumer and Business Affairs and have been given advice on how to take action to retrieve money. Do not purchase from this company.

stated that we have had many deliveries by various transport companies, they insisted that there was only one company that would deliver to my area at an extra cost of $170 of which I would pay some and they would cover the rest. I had already paid a delivery cost of $45. Under no circumstances was I going to fall for this and asked for a full refund which I have since received. It is worrying that when reading reviews, it seems they seem to do this quite often to their customers. Wish I had of read the reviews before purchasing. Please beware before purchasing from Interiors Online

Dodgy disrespectful customer service – I have bought a large mirror which was delivered damaged . They have refunded me the money , but have declined to pick up and dispose the item . Under consumer law the supplier needs to organise it when it is a large item , I am not able to dispose it my self . issues with shipping and so was understanding of this. Finally I was advised my light had arrived by end december. They told me they would advise the tracking once the parcel had been dispatched from the warehouse. I then called and emailed two weeks later as I had not received a tracking number. I was then called back to be told the supplier never received my order from October and that the next delivery date would be march. I was offered no compensation and minimal apologies. I have worked in retail for over 20 years and was shocked by this poor service. I love this website but have no trust in the company unfortunately. First world issues yes, but not sure how you can operate a company like this. As a minimum most companies would offer a discount or gift voucher or some sort of compensation or a least sound genuinely apologetic on the phone.......
