Sheree from INTIMO Shepparton has a wonderful way of helping women feel good about themselves when trying on new bras which can be uncomfortable for some women to experience when they are thinking of upgrading into new bras etc.. I have been seeing Sheree now for a few years and love her new and exciting undergarments on each visit .. She… Read more

A few months ago I went to a ladies house all I wanted was a bra for my wedding dress, but was conned into getting other bras, the first price that was given to me was nearly $2000 and when I said that I could not afford that, in the end I brought four bras plus a 2 pairs of knickers at $800, who one Earth spends that kind of money on Bras and… Read more

Knickers, a few months later the $140 bra has changed color. Not happy never again would I buy anything from Intimo

something in my washing machine”. Very rude I always use bra bags and this was not the case. I was told by the rep if I can bring a friend for a fitting she would replace it. Considering the amount I spent the outcome isn’t satisfactory. Quality isn’t worth the price.

Follow-up  · In response to follow up questions - the store did not offer any repair options, the bra was fitted by the rep in store and the bra was comfortable to wear initially.

Love my everyday bras! – Have been wearing Intimo for over a decade and have never had any issues with any of my bras in all this time. My faves are the smooth tshirt bra and strapless bra for most days of the week. Can’t go past their comfort briefs for natural fibre briefs too.

Worst bras ever – One bra after 3 weeks wire popped out, terrible fit, so uncomfortable but I put up with it. Other bra I had to send back and the replacement was just as uncomfortable, I could not wear it without it cutting into my arms. Also they spread my breasts so far apart that I had no clevage at all. Whoever designs these bras obviously doesn't know what… Read more

Sherri provided me with a positive experience as I was fitted properly for bras for the first time in forever. She was kind and fun and listened. There was an excellent range of items to chose from that look to be well made. Can not wait for my items to arrive. Show details

6 Star experience – I had a fitting first time with the wonderful Tracy this morning at Glen Iris. I was referred to her from a friend. I cannot stress enough the welcome I received was so warm and so welcoming, she took time to get to know me as a person not as another transaction which is rare these days. When we got into the fitting she was not only amazing but… Read more

she took the time to understand what I liked and did nt like she did nt just try to sell me anything. She understood what my style was and took it from there. She made me feel extremely comfortable, it was one of the most empowering experiences. It’s not the most comfortable moments going for bra fittings but she made is so easy as. Tracy has won me and I will definitely be sending friends to her in future. I must also stress there clothing which I have purchased previously is beautiful, there fabric and there fit is so classic worth every dollar. Tracy I cannot thank you enough for your warm and amazing experience and look forward to many more. Xxx Sofia K

Highly recommend Intimo – The most comfortable undies I've worn in years! Happy with the lace detail and fit. I sent an enquiry through the online chat option and had prompt and super helpful reply. Show details

I bought 4 pairs, I was happy at first but then the wires on all four popped out, the sides of it are so uncomfortable. I questioned it with customer service but was told there was nothing they could do about it. All under a year old. I have bought cheaper bras that have better quality than these. Wouldn’t waste your time buying these bras until they improve the quality.

Disappointed. The straps have minimal elastic so the straps fall off my shoulders when wearing and cannot be tightened anymore. The wire at the side of the bra digs in so not very comfortable to wear all day. The bra bus was very hot and no air-conditioner. Not comfortable at all. Show details

A bra? No. A cruel implement of torture? YES!!! – I bought a very nice looking bra, and bimbo me used it’s appealing appearance to justify the absurdly high price tag to my more rational, critical self… so it looks very pretty, and I suppose it’s true that technically it foes fit me, however actually wearing the bra simply isn’t possible - because it’s hands dow the most uncomfortable thing I’ve… Read more

ever put on my body in my entire life. Actually “uncomfortable” isn’t right, the word is PAINFUL. Imagine a bra made of red hot barbed wire wrapped in an entire roll I’d glad wrap and that’s exactly what it’s like - it’s quite literally an instrument of torture. I thought it might improve after its first wash, but no - it’s was just as insufferably uncomfortable but now there’s a tonne of lose/unravelling threads all over the bra as well, so that’s the level of “quality workmanship” we’re talking about, and now it doesnt even look good!

Not as expected, – Purchased two bras without under wire, one was fine but the active wear bra was OK with some help to get on(rep). At home I couldn't actually get into let alone do it up, return was refused as apparently it didn't meet the return criteria! I'm not a big person normal 36 B but it was impossible to get on, expensive mistake.

Buyer beware! looks pretty but uncomfortable – I had private fitting and the sales lady was very good. I needed comfortable bras, as I have large bust 18f. She recommend a few, so when I tried on the samples they felt soft and comfortable. Total of 5 minutes try on. So having found bras that I thought were a good fit turned out to be the most uncomfortable bras I have ever worn. The side… Read more

boning was so hard and firm, (after wearing them for half a day) with no give, that they left welts in my side. I ended up picking the boning out on one, but of course after three wears it was useless. It was also so full in the bust it made me look three sizes bigger. On one of the other bras, the underwire caused marks under my bust. I had purchased four with an outlay of over $400, with the incentive to spend more to receive free items. Maybe just make them cheaper. I had spoken to the sales lady (I live in the country so it made returns a little more difficult). I did manage to return one as I hadn't worn it or taken it out of its original packaging. So I did receive one refund. Also they are not Australian made. I was very disappointed with my purchases.

Don’t buy from intimo – Just bought 2 new bras After washing only 1 , after the wash the bra had looked like it was burnt or even melted in one side close to the wire , it seemed like that the wash disintegrated the bra. Trying to return it they said a flat no. I will be taking the matter to consumer affairs and never make a purchase or recommend this company ever again Show details

Terrible product quality – Do not recommend. Always loved intimo bras, however their product quality has dropped. Most recent order the underwire of the bra was exposed after one wear. Not good, Kmart bras last longer. Show details

Worst Bras I Ever Bought – First up, the bras were sold to me as Australian-made and that's how Intimo present themselves online, so I was pretty unhappy when they arrived and the labels said Made in China. I got talked into 5 bras (3 x smooth-cup t-shirt bras and 2x more jazzy lace bras). The lace bras are so uncomfortable I can't wear them at all - they itch and pinch… Read more

and bring me out in a rash, and make me look like a middle-aged fembot, which is not the look I was going for at this stage of my life. The t-shirt bras, without exception, began to fall apart after 6 months of wear (in rotation with other bras). All the strap-buckles stopped holding and the elastic lost all it's elasticity and the wires all popped out. These are expensive bras and I think it's reasonable to expect they will last longer than 6 months. I have bought $50 bras from Target that were more comfortable, lasted longer and didn't come with a load of crap about needing 12 bras for optimum "breast health" (would love to see the credible studies supporting that) and didn't pretend to be Australian-made. I am beyond disgusted with the company's ethics and their manufacturing standards. Being on a pension, I don't really have enough money to replace 5 bras all at once. Thanks to Intimo, I'll be going bra-less until I can afford to buy new ones. Where will I be shopping? Not with Intimo.

Beware of washing products – I purchased the crop cardigan for $315. It's pure wool so when it came time to wash it I followed the instructions to a tee. The item still shrunk about 2 sizes! I tried to get an exchange but they told me it was my fault the garment shrunk, and I must have put it in the dryer (I don't own a dryer) so I was basically accused of lying to them. I'm… Read more

Good customer experience but poor bras – I had a fitting with a nice lady who was helpful in sizing me and guiding me through the 100s of bras in the Intimo collection. I purchased 3 bras and 2 knickers. Nothing fit properly and the everyday bra is actually painful to wear. The sports bra had zero support and was useless and the lacey number left my boobs sagging. Worst bra I've ever worn – I was fitted and bought a bra. I was so excited as I struggle to find bras in my size. It felt ok at first but after about an hour it started to hurt, by the end of the day I was in agony, the metal clasps were digging in and I was sore for days after. The seller told me I wouldn't be able to get a refund as I wore it.i ended up sending it back to the company and got a refund. It also wasn't clear that it was an MLM

Bad customer service for exchanges – I love the Intimo products and have been buying them for approximately 15 years. details were incorrect. I am so dissatisfied with the whole process and when I asked for a discount as they have been so slow all they could offer me was a beige singlet that is old stock as compensation, no discount. It is a product that I would never order myself. Altogether very unimpressed with their customer service. All very fast to sell me the products but the after service is appalling!

Intimo and I have been dating for 20+ years ❤️ – As my body has changed over the years. so has my drawer of gorgeous Intimo lingerie. I dress from inside; Intimo is an important part of my wardrobe. I have never had an ill-fitting bra, in fact I do not ‘feel’ my bra which is also the benefit of personalised regular fittings. A beautiful brand that shows its value for years to come – I’ve been buying Intimo products for more than 10 years now. I am always very happy with what I buy - from bras through to the lounge wear. The bras fit beautifully and stand up to my rough treatment. I also love the leggings / tights - they are still holding their shape after five years. A great Australian company.  Show details

A Busty Bra Delight – I had a bra fitting with one of Intimo’s fit specialists at their pop up store and realised I’ve been wearing low quality, ill -fitting bras all my life, which had caused ongoing back issues - as most bustier girls. can attest. Great fit and range – I have divided my Intimo bra wardrobe into functional and pretty bras. I have found the sports bras and everyday bras to be comfortable and fit for purpose. I love the colours and laciness of my other bras. The fit is true to size. Selection is difficult as the range so large. I have had some of my bras for years and have found the quality to be long lasting and durable. I always wash my bras separately and have never had issues as a result.  Show details

MLM aka legal pyramid scheme – Products are over priced and definitely over hyped. Wires break through bras, wrap material become see through and shabby so easily, leggings wore through quickly. Sizes aren't true and vary massively between bras. Sports bras end up with funny shape to them. MLM structure means you're paying for their business model, not a quality product! Show details
