I’m writing this review to express my frustration with the ongoing issues regarding my recent order with Into Blinds. It has now been over six weeks, and we still do not have the blind correctly installed. Despite multiple visits to measure and install, the measurements were incorrect on five separate occasions. repeatedly sent out with the same incorrect blind that had not been altered, meaning the issue was never properly addressed.

We paid the requested deposit when required and then paid the full amount prior to installation, and always on time. Despite this, the delays, errors, and lack of coordination have continued.

Today was scheduled to be the final installation, and we were told our job would be first on the list for the morning. We were later advised the installer would arrive by 1pm, then at 3:00pm, which then changed again to approximately 4:30pm, making us the last job of the day.

This meant I had to wait around all day for the installation, with very little communication or consideration for me, the customer.

The continued mismanagement, poor organisation, and lack of customer support is completely unacceptable.

I have called multiple times today, and during my final call I requested to speak with a manager. Georgina did call me, but only let it ring twice, then hung up. I called back less than a minute later and I was advised that she'd left for the day. Again impossible to believe and poorly from a so called manager. I told the staff member to get a hold of Georgina and ask her to call me back ASAP - I am still waiting for a return call and, based on the experience so far, I honestly doubt I will receive one.

The only staff I can commend are the installers, who at least conducted themselves professionally during their visits. These poor young men probably cop the grunt of annoyed customers. They should be compensated for the stupidity of the office and dispatch staff. That's what the one star rating I'd given was for.

For future customers, I would strongly recommend not paying the full amount until your blinds have actually been fitted and the job completed correctly.

Denise was our Sales Rep who has been a God sent. She has been with us every step of the way. Helping us with colour, fabric and everything in between. So caring, knowledgeable, great customer service. We would recommend asking for Denise any day if the week.

Purchased plantation shutters from this company for several rooms. In one room the surface peeled off three slats. The company replaced them at no cost. the process became more complicated. The installation alone required five separate visits, primarily due to what felt like a significant lack of communication.

By May, the work was finally completed, and we're pleased with the production quality. However, the installation phase was frustrating. We encountered some installers who seemed quite lazy; one even arrived and left within ten minutes, stating he didn't have the necessary tools. Others were inconsiderate, leaving a mess in our bathroom and not bothering to clean up after themselves. We even had to vacuum after they finished, as they didn't take the initiative. Overall, our experience was definitely a rollercoaster, but we're relieved it's now complete.

Bad service – Wouldnt recommend them at all especially Robert , Whatever he says dont believe in him once installed they wouldnt care. He said will take 2 weeks and then measure took 1 week and then after measure will take 3 weeks. Installation of curtains and blinds – Suzie did a great job coming out and quoting the blinds and providing her expert opinion and was always available to answer any questions.
